This property list as having a pool. And it doesn’t. False advertisement. We were pretty disappointed and board. We drove for 15 hours and was looking forward to swimming and relaxing only to be told that pool is and had been permanently closed. So disappointed

The room didn't had iron, tv remote battery was missing. Bathroom curtain handle was damaged. Breakfast was good and the lady who was refiling was 👍

The front desk staff was amazing, but the facility was run down, pool didnt work, it stayed loud, could smell cigarettes through vents in non smoking rooms.

Late night check in hospitality need to improve. Drivers ID given upon request, did not appreciate it being copied without explanation. If you are concerned about your PII, dont give your ID up. Room at the corner at the stairwell was smokey smelling,but i figure it is because of people somoking near the AC and smoke getting into the room. The room itself was very clean, sticky romote back with back piece missing with tape holding the battery in, and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was decent, good coffee and sausage biscuit. Was too tired to complain but i have choices, where it far better for less.

Room was clean and comfortable. However the staff didn’t tell us end time for breakfast. We got downstairs just when they were in the middle of shutting down and we couldn’t even get a glass of juice.

This property is absolutely AWFUL. The first room we had smelled like someone had been lighting up a blunt right before we walked in, the tv didn’t work and they only have 20x20 throw pillows for a king size bed. They moved us to a room that had a working tv, the smell of weed was not as strong, but the pillows were the same the bed was terrible and they was crap all over the walls. I would not recommend anyone to stay here. Not to mention the area is terrible. If you must stay in the area go up just 4 miles to exit 439- much better hotels there

The property was not up to the standard I was accustomed to as a patron. I was highly disappointed with presence of the structure as well as the upkeep. As a matter of fact, I felt insecure with the characters I noticed renting rules. It appeared as if the property was being run as rooming or boarding house. I checked out 2 hours later. I would like to be reimbursed for my inconvenience as well as the trouble I went through traveling to such a place. I was surprised that Expedia would even have anything to do with such a place that I checked into. I should at least be given refunded 3/4 of my money since I only stayed 2 hours because of the condition of the establishment

The non-smoking rooms are worst than the smoking rooms. I used lysol and still had trouble breathing in the rooms. I had to drive with the windows down because the smoke was in my clothing
