Good place to stay
The people who run this place were very good, but be aware that you are not going to have any English speakers around anywhere in Moscow, and the check in process is no different! But she was very thorough in her explanation of how things work in the apartment with demonstration and some google translate! The washer is only a washer, you will need to dry your clothes on a drying rack and the washer is somewhere between a bathroom and kitchen sink in size, so you won’t be doing much laundry, but you can if necessary- we managed 2 small loads a day around the more important task of sightseeing. The air conditioning is only in one room at the end of this Soviet era apartment. We were there during a heat wave, and it did pretty well considering that, but make sure you close the curtains to keep the sun out all day or it won’t be able to keep up at all. We used the transfers from the airport, be very clear if you aren’t coming and going from the same one - they seemed a little surprised and frustrated when we left because it wasn’t the same although I had previously given them our flight information. There is also a fabulous restaurant on the block that had lots of interesting things to eat and was very reasonable in price (about $100 for 6 people including some adult beverages!). There is also a small grocery store, atm, and bus stop on the block (but we couldn’t figure out how to pay for the bus so we ended up using Yandex (Russian Uber) instead). Would be walkable too.

Good location, but bloodstains & no toilet paper
The location is great; however, we waited nearly an hour for someone to take us to our room. They have a big sign saying they “DONT” speak English (ok that’s fair) and that this is “NOT” a Hotel or hostel. When taken to our room, lady placed bedsheets on each of our beds for us to make up. When making my bed, I discovered blood stains on the mattress pad, so removed it. We asked for toilet paper and were told we had to buy our own. Some random man unlocked the door and walked into our apartment and was shocked we were there. We looked for another hotel, but as it was during the World Cup, we were stuck. If you can handle such inconveniences, the location is great and about a mile and a half from Red square and a few minutes walk from old Arbat and two metro stops. But, due to the bloodstains, lack of toilet paper, and poor service, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

位置良好，房間的設備和網頁介紹相同，沒騙人。
位置在市中心，去紅牆及克宮都很方便。在莫斯科找地址有點困難，好在有人指點，否則要花更多時間去找。接待人不懂英語，用翻譯器總算把問題解決了。房間可以遠眺莫斯科景點，不錯。

Room was slightly differnent to the pictures but apart from that, i couldn't fault it at all. Exceptionally good services and patience when we were running late to the appartment.

ที่พักค่อนข้างดี อยู่ไม่ไกลจากสถานีรถไฟใต้ดิน สะอาด มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบ แต่สัญญาณ Wifi บางห้องไม่ครอบคลุม (มี 3 ห้องนอนย่อย ซึ่งบางห้อง สัญญาณ Wifi ไปไม่ถึง)

Sehr schöne Wohnung, sauber und gemütlich.
Wir sind früh eingereist in Moskau und nach dem Anruf in Office vom Kwart Otel freundliche weise bekamen unsere Wohnung 1 Tag früher. Wir sind sehr froh gewesen und müssten nicht andere Hotel suchen. Tolle bedienung und perfekte Lage!

Ужасный опыт.
Это был УЖАСНЫЙ опыт!!! Нам так и не удалось заселиться в отель, так как нас никто не встретил. Мы подтвердили бронирование с работниками отеля заранее, а также удостоверились что поздний заезд не будет проблемой, так как наш рейс был поздним. В итоге нас никто не встретил!!! Оказалось что это даже не отель, а квартиры, где даже не было указано что это место которое мы бронировали. Пытались связаться с отелем сразу по прилету, так они даже дали неверный номер телефона, и последующие попытки связаться по другим телефонам были тщетными. В итоге нам пришлось искать альтернативный вариант проживания ночью. Такое ощущение что это "шарашкина контора" на которую к сожалению мы попали. Никогда не бронируйте в этом отеле !!!!

IT IS JUST A TERRIBLE PLACE. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND THE APARTMENT WHERE YOU BOOK. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH THE STAFF FOR CHECK IN. YOU HAVE TO SPEND HOURS TO REACH THEM. STAFF SPEAKS NO ENGLISH AT ALL AND ALSO NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. IT IS A VERY OLD BUILDING. DONT EVEN THINK OF GOING THERE.

Good, but that did not meet us
The apartment is good and clean. Only two things we did not like. We did not know how th Use the telefon, they did not have direction there. And they promised to meet as , but did not. We have to pay a lot of money for the taxi to get to the apartment after 40 minits waiting at the station. We like the area and the apartment was clean and nice.

Nice situation and comfortable appartement
This is an independant appartement not really an hotel. The place is very high standard compare to some russian appartement. What could be improved is the environnemement with dark corridors and the smelly trash local next door. We didn't had the issue for russian contract and explaination my wife is fluent in Russian. English speaker and document could be easier. Note a 4000 roubles refundable garantee. In term of situation in Moscow this is a must (20 mn walking distance from Kremlin and 10 mn from the metro station). Also not far from the Pouchkine Museum and the Tretiakov Gallery. The appartement is very clean and comfortable.

モスクワの中心部で市内観光の利便性は優良、借上げアパートメント方式で部屋にはダイニングキッチンやリビング、そして調理器具、食器、洗濯機、冷蔵庫、掃除機なども備えて充実していた。また、セキュリティ上も建物の入り口、各階の通路入り口で入館チェック等が行われていた。ただし、ホテルとしての従業員が常駐していないためにチェックイン、チェックアウトを事前予約する必要があり、また、チェックイン、アウトの予約時間が従業員に必ずしも守られないことがあって客の行動に支障を及ぼす事があるので注意を要する。また、洗濯機はあるが乾燥機がないのはやはり不便である。

Good alternitive to expensive hotels
I am quite satisfied with my visit to Moscow. The small apartment was situated in a normal 25 storey appartment house. It was me and the tenents. No service and no reception. A room, bathroom and fully equiped kitchen. The appartment was on Novy Arbat street in central Moscow. 30 min walk to the Kremlin. You could also use the Metro which in it self is an experience. You could go anywhere in the city for 28 rubels. It is fast, noisy and convinient. But all signs are in kyrillic (russian) letters. Remember to tell what time you are expecting to arrive at the hotell. A representative from the company will be waiting in the appartment to have you sign a lot of papers and to hand over the key. There is a deposit of 4000 rubels to be payed at that time. You will get your mony back when you leave.

Appartamento non hotel. Pulizia della camera mai avvenuta. Acqua tiepida e solo presente nella doccia prodotta con uno strano aggeggio elettrico fissato con 2 piccoli cordellini al rubinetto della doccia. Acqua calda inesistente in cucina e nel lavandino del bagno. Non usare il ferro da stiro. rovinato una camicia con la ruggine proveniente dalla caldaia vapore. Personale non parla quasi minimamente inglese tranne che per l'impiegata in ufficio e non presente in loco. Posizione ottimale e bellissima vista panoramica.

The building is a bit of a dump and when I was in the corridor where my apartment was, I was quite apprehensive about what I signed up for. The apartment itself was ok. Furniture dated, and the apartment was already becoming quite hot, even though it was just the start of spring, so I imagine in summer it would be very warm although there is ac in the bedroom. Location is good, being central and close to metro station and shops, and the apartment was clean. There was a problem with the lock, however, so it was often a 15 minute try with the keys before the front door would unlock to get back inside and this was rather unpleasant. There must be multiple rooms and the one I had did not match at all what was pictured. Certainly it was a cost savings vs. hotels, but I think I'll try other short-term rental apartments in the future. In a pinch though, it's ok. Wifi was good, so no problem for business.

In Novy Arbat - ottima posizione e prezzo contenut
La posizione dell'appartamento e il costo contenuto ne fanno una scelta molto appropriata per chi ha già un'idea di cosa farà in città. Attenzione: funziona come una specie di Bed and Breakfast in cui si affitta un appartamento. Quindi non c'è una reception vera e propria che possa fornire supporto (indicazioni, prenotazioni, taxi). Molto Importante: bisogna telefonare PRIMA di essere a Mosca per organizzare l'incontro con la persona che vi darà le chiavi, io ho parlato in Inglese. Novy Arbat è una via molto indicata per gruppi di amici oppure per giovani coppie (molti locali, ristoranti, pub) e nelle vicinanze ci sono supermercati e centri commerciali, tutto ovviamente aperto 24/7 !

Hyväkuntoinen huoneisto huikeilla näkymillä Moskovan ylle, asunto sijaitsee 15. kerroksessa. Talo, jossa huoneisto sijaitsee, on tavallinen asuintalo yhdellä Moskovan pääkaduista. Vaikka liikenne kadulla ei hiljene koskaan, hyvien ikkunoiden vuoksi liikenteen melu ei yllä asuntoon. Venäjänkielen taito on melkeinpä ehdoton vaatimus, sillä avaimet asuntoon saa henkilöltä, joka ei puhu englantia. Muista sopia etukäteen toimiston kanssa koska olet asunnolla noutamassa avaimia ja ottamassa asuntoa vastaan! Talon alakerran ovivahtirouva ei myöskään puhu muuta kuin venäjää. Huoneistossa on hyvä varustelu, ja muutenkin kaikki toimi oikein hyvin.

Small apartment--great location--Russian a plus
Let me start by saying that guests should be able to speak Russian! This is not a hotel, but an apartment in a concrete post-revolutionary high-rise apartment building. The concierge was very sweet, but unable to assist in any way because she didn't understand English or French and didn't know anything about the apartment to let, which is on the 23rd floor of the building (btw: spectacular view of city). No one was there to greet us, and the concierge couldn't understand the paperwork. We got lucky when a kind tenant who spoke English took the time to call the owners of the apartment, who then showed up 30 minutes later to let us in. Everything went well after that shaky beginning.

Appartamento a Mosca
Posizione ottima (2 fermate dalla fermata Majakosvkaya che è a 200 mt dalla casa); appartamento pulito, molto ben attrezzato, accessoriato di tutto compresi i detersivi x piatti, lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Portinaia presente 24 ore. Nella stradea ditro la casa c'è un piccolo supermercato aperto 24 ore. Nei pressi ci sono ristoranti, fast food, baracchini x hot dog e un ottimo ristorante asiatico (il Thai). Visti i prezzi e le offerte di Mosca è un'ottima soluzione per non spendere un patrimonio e godere della libertà di un appartamento privato. Unici nei: la connessione wi-fi, che ci era stata promessa, non funzionava e il personale dell'ufficio centrale parla solo un inglese 'abbozzato'.
