Appartement très bien entretenu. Isolation thermique et phonique excellente. Il est très bien situé à 5 minutes du métro et à 3 stations de la place rouge. Vraiment très bien .

Die Wohnung mit Nr. 16 hat 2 Zimmern
Gut geeignet fuer eine Familie. Die Lage ist gut. Zum Kremlin einfach die Strasse entlang gehen fuer ca. 20 Minuten. Die Wohnung ist leider nicht so hell beleuchtet. Aber alles dabei, was man braucht.

Ich habe 2 Kvart apartments gebucht. Auf der Hotels.com Seite ist mit Strasse Nr. 26 angegeben. Da habe ich gedacht, dass die Apartments im selben Gebäude befinden werden. Aber leider nein. Ein Apartment war in der Nr. 26, die andere war in der Nr. 16. Zum Zimmer selber gefällt mir Nr. 26 viel besser als Nr. 16. Natürlich ist die Nr. 16 Wohnung viel größer ist. Ich bin in der Nr. 26 geblieben. Die Wohnung ist hell. Ein klein wenig laut. Aber die Lage zum Kremlin war gut, 20 Gehminuten. Die Wohnung wird nur einmal in der Woche gereinigt.

good for the price
Although it was a bit hard to find it, since there are no signs and the people didn't seem too interested in helping, the apartment was in good condition and has everything you really need. Very quiet neighbors, massive LCD tv with cable and English channels, fast WiFi, good a/c. Very reliable and kind staff both on the phone and when you receive and return the keys. Most importantly, the toilet, the floor, and the bed were clean. So no unpleasant surprises. Don't be fooled by the rundown appearance of the entrance of the building, elevators and corridors. Once in, you will soon feel comfortable. A good bargain considering how pricey is the city. Make sure you ask where is the closest supermarket...I couldn't find one but since I was there for work I did not have the time to look for one.

Apart daire olarak oldukça yeterli .Mutfak, banyo, tuvalet temiz, düzenli ve yeni .Moskova merkeze yürüyüş mesafesinde. Her türlü gereksinimi karşılamak için ideal konumda. Tek sorun klima yok ve pencere açılınca müthiş gürültü geliyor. yatak çarşaflarının temizliğini kontrol edin. Biz odayı teslim alırken değiştirmeyi unutmuşlardı.

Russia with Love
Beds were not comfortable. We thought two bedroom meant two separate sleeping areas with privacy. Instead it was 1 bedroom and living room with a counch that opened up. Mattress was not comfortable. Management was supposed to meet us at 1:00pm on arrival with key. Did not show up until 1:30pm. Departure - Management was to arrive at 7;15am. Did not show up to 7:45am. We had a taxi waiting for airport connections. We had to pay waiting time for the taxi. We gave a $100.00 US currency deposit and we was supposed to receive dollars back. Instead management wanted to give rubbles which was not the equivalent in the exchange rate.

室内はとても快適な空間でした。 移動予定時間が変わりやすい短期ビジネス利用にはあまり向かないと思います。 何故かと申しますと、 ホテルではなくアパートメントなので、フロントが有りません。 よって、部屋のカギはアパートの部屋で受け渡しされます(チェックアウト時も)。 特にチェックイン時はカギが無いので、部屋はもちろん建物自体にも入れませんし、 入口が何処かも解りませんので、何処で待っていればカギ持参者と落ち合えるのか、 不安になると思います。 帰りは、チェックイン/アウトの時間を予め申請しておかねばならず、 自由が効きません。私はロシア語が出来ないので、 気軽に管理会社に電話で変更を告げることが出来ず、モスクワ行きの飛行機が3時間遅れ、 連絡に苦労しました。 でも場所はトベルスカヤ駅に徒歩1分で便利。清潔で良かったです。

Ideal für längeren Aufenthalt
Hierbei handelt es sich um ein voll eingerichtetes Apartment mit einer Ferienwohnung zu vergleichen. Wohn-/Schlafzimmer mit Küche und Bad. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Das Apartment liegt in zentraler Lage, unweit der nächsten U-Bahnstation. Die Schlüsselübergabe muss telefonisch vereinbart werden. Die Leute waren pünktlich am vereinbarten Übergabepunkt.

Cool place for friends to stay.
I thought this apartment was great and pretty much what i was expecting. The area wasn't the best, but what do you expect for 750 quid for 5 nights accommodation. We all walked the neighbourhood on several occasions during the night and never saw any trouble or anything that would put me off the place. I would use it again.

reasonable price , nice place, some surprises
the people who checked us in were friendly and helpful . I spoke to a woman who spoke good english on the phone and she assured me she would e-mail me the next day to let me konw if we would be able to stay later than check out since our flight wasnt until evening. she never did contact and wehn checkout came, I spoke to someone else who had no idea about the previous communication and said we would not be able to leave our things at their office (a suggesting that had been made by the first person) so that was a bit of a shock being out on the street at noon with my two daughters and all our luggage. I didnt have a russian cell phone yet. the other thing that I found out was that while I asked them to register me and they said they were, and gave me some paperwork.. They never actually registered us in Moscow. I think that is not really allowed. in Russia, people from other countries must register in all the places they stay and that was our intent.

Despite the very good location (Arbat district) and the good connection to the center and metro, the judgement is negative. Our apartment was in bad state, sanitary conditions were bad (especially the bathroom) and the cleaning service has been carried out only once in 10 days!

ceci est en fait un appartement. environ 35m2, très convenable pour 2. malheureusement : - le personnel d'accueil ne parle pas un mot d'anglais, ni de français - il faut l'arrosé une caution de 100 euros qui n'est stipulé que dans... - ...un contrat écrit en russe et qu'on est donc obligé de signer à l'aveuglette a part cela, c'est un endroit agréable.

Tive dificuldade para localizar o Hotel. Ninguém sabia onde era e a comunicação na Russia é muito difícil. Eles não falam inglês. A comunicação fica impossível.O Hotel é muito bem localizado.

Good choice for Moscow, Russia!
My family and I liked this apartment. It was close to the metro station and in an excellent location for food and to get around Moscow. The agent was waiting at the apartment exactly when he said he would be there and it was large and clean. The jacuzzi tub worked only OK, but the rest of the property more than made up for that.

Wir kommen wieder!
Zentrale Lage und für moskauer Verhältnisse günstiger Preis sowie die guten Bewertungen - deswegen haben wir gebucht und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Eine vollausgestattete Zweizimmerwohnung in der Mitte von Novyj Arbat - wer kein Service eines Hotels braucht und sein Bett selber machen kann, der ist hier richtig.

A clean, relatively well furnished apartment in a great part of Moscow for less than half the price of a hotel room. That works for me.

Meget besværligt at finde kontoret, hvor man fik at vide, hvor lejligheden lå. Man skulle ind i en gård og der var ingen steder, der stod, det var kvart apartments kontor, kun en seddel på russisk og så skulle man op på 3 sal. Men selve lejligheden lå godt placeret.

Leuk en compleet appartement, incl wasmachine. Ideaal halverwege een trip. Mooi in het centrum, alleen de weg is erg druk met verkeer maar dit is nu eenmaal een grote stad. 900m van het rode plein! In en uitchecken is even wat lastig omdat ze van kantoor moeten komen, en geen engels spreken. Maar op zich gaat dit prima. Engels sprekende dame op kantoor helpt je verder voorbeeldig.

Kvart apt
Excellent deal. For half a price of a hotel you get a great location/room/view combination. The room was cleaned every third day. The staff is very polite and attentive. The only minus is wireless worked poorly, but otherwise I highly recommend this arrangement rather than a hotel.

Kvarts Hotel - nice but not perfect
In general a nice apartment situated just outside the center of Moscow. Walk distance: 20 minutes. However, we had multiple of problems because the house managers do NOT speak a single word of English. We had problems at check-in with mix up of the apartments and the house manager did not show up at the arranged time (30 minutes too late). We tried to call him, but with the language difficulties it was point-less. However, the central office do reply in English and nevertheless we finally got the apartment and enjoyed having a kitchen, living room/sleeping room and a balcony.

The hotel has justified my expectations
Moscow is a beautiful city. I have many friends here. This time I did not stay at the flat of my friends, but rented the apartment. After booking via e-mail, I got in touch with the managers and informed them about the time of my arrival, in order to check-in. The apartment is well repaired, the towels are clean, house slippers are provided, dishwashing detergents are available (when I left the dishware unwashed, the chambermaid washed it – a pleasing trifle). Good shower and sanitaryware. Free high-speed Internet is convenient, I was satisfied.

Poor Service and Maintenance
6 of us were traveling together in Moscow, and this hotel seemed the ideal choice for all of us to be together. The location was very good, but the room did not live up to the advertisement. We were to have 2 double beds plus a pull-out. We had one VERY HARD double bed, one VERY SOFT TWIN bed, and the pull-out couches were both destroyed beyond use. As couches they looked fine, but when we got ready to go to bed we learned that the bed part was completely broken on both couches. Then they wouldn't even go back together as couches. Fortunately one couple was Russian, and they called management, which promised to repair them the next day (had to use an extra couch for a bed). The repair did not happen, and management simply said that it was indeed a problem, but they could not fix it. The maid said that there have been many complaints about this apartment, and they likely would be pulling it from rental listings. We felt we should have some refund, but we were unable to get any answers or satisfaction. It would have been extremely difficult without Russian speakers as part of the group.

It is necessary to get in touch with the employees before the trip to get the exact address of apartment. At the time I told them the manager was waiting for me inside, gave me the keys to the apartment, showed and explained everything to me. The apartment was good, I liked the view from the window. The chambermaids clean up well. Before my departure, the manager arrived again and took the keys, everything is arranged efficiently, without any problems.

l'appartamento riservato era due camere deluxe, in realtà il primo non era proprio deluxe , ma fortunatamente sono riuscito a farmi cambiare location , con uno degno della denominazione affiliatagli. tutto sommato comunque le posizioni dei diversi app.ti sono ottimali e anche la puliza degli stessi .la differenza tra un app 1 camera e quello due camere deluxe è di pochi euro ...conviene prenotare decisamente il secondo.

It was the best ratio of price and quality. We were living in a suite having the splendid view of the Arbat street. The suit had everything necessary including quality ware, wine glass, home electronic equipment, snowy bed linen and towels, except such a small point as dish towel. They did the suit daily, but we did not liked the chambermaids did the room when we were away - then it turned out that they call previously via local phone. In general, we were satisfied with the accommodation. And, it was good that in spite of our departure later then normal time, the hotel's personnel had come to meet us and took no extra fee.

L'appartamento è risultato nel complesso buono. sempre riscaldato e con tutte le comodità. veramente negativo e non uso altre parole, invece l'accesso all'appartemento. nello specifico una volta entrati nell'edificio prima di raggiungere l'appartamento bisognava transitare nell'androne delle scale e dell'ascensore. in questi locali ed in tutti i corridoi del palazzo vi era un cattivissimo odoremisto tra bisogni fisiologici umani e di altri animali. veramnete irresistibile senza l'utilizzo di una sciarpa che copriva il volto. tale situazione in entrambi gli appartementi situati in due diversi edifici. prego pubblicare tale recensione per evitare spiacevoli sorprese a futuri clienti. consglio al sito di veificare gli appartamenti prima di offrirli sul web,

We would return there due to the price and location. )
This is not a hotel as such but rather an agency organizing apartments for short stayings. However, they are cordial and the apartments (inside) was fine. It is centrally located but the entrance and staircase were very shabby. We saw some workers who (maybe) prepare to renovate the staircase, but I am not sure. There is no ventilator or aircondition, which was a problem in the hot days when we were there. There was tea and coffee in the room, and everything you need to cook. You have to organize your own breakfast / meals. Nobody bothers you during your stay (meaning there is no service). They leave a phone number, so if you need anything you call.

Kvar Appartments centre de Moscou.
Appartement et non hotel, donc pas de service (rempli par obligation dans le tableau mais pas applicable ici). Typique URSS des années 50, mobilier, cuisine etc entièrement renouvelés, très propre. Excellemment situé dans le centre de Moscou. Dans notre cas vue sur la Moskva. Pratique. Moins coûteux qu'un hotel. Suivi efficace (clefs, ménage, pbs éventuels) par centre Kvar Apartments. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Buoni appartamenti vicino alla metro
si tratta di appartamenti rifiniti decorosamente sparsi per Mosca, io ho scelto un appartamento superiore pagando un piccolo supplemento ed era molto buono. Nel mio caso ero molto vicino alla metro e addirittura al treno per l'aereoporto. Bisogna sapersi muovere per Mosca dove quasi tutto è scritto in cirillico, altrimenti si possono usare i taxi (più costosi che in città come New York).

pour une expérience de vie moscovite dans un appartement situé en zone résidentielle à 15 minutes de marche de la station Bieloruska. attention appartement réservé aux personnes habituées à voyager et n'ayant pas besoin d'un accueil d'hôtel. Vous serez seuls dans un immeuble d'appartements. Très bien situé sur la ligne de métro circulaire, très proche de la place rouge, très belle expérience.

not the best deal
Although it close to the city center, it is not so convenient without a car. As I was only visiting, I think I would have preferred a hotel in which I could walk to nearby attractions.
