Sorry for inconvenience but we tried to reach you several times and your card was getting declined or the card was blocked as per our conversation. We talk over the phone that’s only the reason your reservation got canceled. It was not guaranteed and the deposit it’s mention everything online we had 20 reservations, which was card was not going through. we wish not sure that you guys gonna make it or not because we didn’t had any guarantee and that weekend was we were busy so we’re trying to call everybody and making sure that you confirm the reservation. That’s how we do no one picked up the call and then tried to run the card it was declined.
