No hot water, pool was 40° hot tube was 50° people running the halls all hours of the nite had to stay in my work truck

I was there for a 2 night stay Sunday thru Tuesday. It was very quiet and empty most of the time. I really liked that its connected to the bowling alley/ restaurant. Only issue I had was that the toilet clogged during my stay but a plunger was provided and we fixed it ourselves. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

Overall this was a good Americinn but it was hard to get a good night sleep due to kids running overhead and what sounded like a jacuzzi running next door. All the noise was between 10 and midnight and we needed to get up at 5 am. No noise barriers.

fun place to stay with kids. Clean rooms, decent breakfast, clean pool. The only thing id advise against is eating at the restaurant. The worst service I've ever had there, other than that we'd stay again if we were in the area.

Nice clean place to stay. Nice rates, there was a curled up rug in the lobby that we saw a few people stumble over but all and all a good experience.

I knew the check in time is 3pm and checked out 11 am. We arrived at 11am, i asked if i can check earlier? Staff there sounded terrible voice: “The check is 3pm” I drove away and come back at 2pm asked the same question: “is it ok to check in now or i have to wait until 3pm.” This time even sounded worst, she told: “the check in time is 3pm. That is the policy!” I wished if she said something like - Oh, let me check if the rooms are ready for you, usually it takes time to clean!” I reserved 3 rooms for this stay. I am sure that I will not stay again!

The staff was capable, and the facilities that I used were clean, the breakfast food was disappointing.. the hot foods seemed of poor quality… most establishments can’t mess up eggs and sausage but I couldn’t eat it… the coffee was great though….

Check in was easy, employee was friendly. Room was clean, but had a slightly musty smell. I think the fan in the bathroom was broken or wasn’t there so that might’ve caused the musty smell. Free breakfast was decent, really good waffle station. They changed the hot foods every day we were there, the eggs kind of tasted weird though.

Great location
Helpful staff…a situation right upon arrival was managed very quickly and we were happy with that service. A medical event with my mom was managed at 2:00am with the excellent staff and we are thankful for their help!! Definitely will be back…actually already in October we will return! Thank you!
