I am writing to express my profound disappointment with my recent stay at Days Inn Mount Hope. After a grueling 14-hour drive, my family and I arrived, eager for some much-needed rest before embarking on another 10-hour journey. However, what we encountered was far from the relaxing experience we had hoped for and we quickly left without staying the night.
Firstly, upon check-in, the front desk seemed unaware of our reservation, leading to an extensive delay in locating it. This was extremely frustrating given our exhaustion and the urgency of our need for rest.
Furthermore, upon entering our room, we were horrified to discover various stains on the sheets, indicating a lack of proper hygiene standards. Additionally, the bathroom was far from clean, with visible signs of neglect.
This experience was not only unpleasant but also completely unacceptable. As paying customers, we expect a certain level of cleanliness and professionalism, both of which were sorely lacking during our stay.
I urge you to take immediate action to rectify these issues and ensure that future guests do not encounter similar disappointments. Additionally, I kindly request a refund or compensation for the inconvenience and discomfort caused.
I trust that you will address these concerns promptly and take the necessary steps to uphold the standards expected of your establishment.
