Generally quite dirty and not a well maintained property. Area did not feel safe. Opened my door in the morning around 7 a.m. to find two homeless persons sleeping just outside my door. Would definitely recommend finding other accommodations.

It took half hour to sign in,We asked for a non smoking room and the room smelled like smoke and there were burn holes in the bedspread, dog hair on the rugs, no bathroom door and only one towel for a two person stay.and a homeless person walking around the parking lot. All this for $180 for one night. Never going back there!

Disgusting never again they make you want 2 hours more for you to check in for ex. If check in at 3pm you won't get into your room till 5

This place was filthy and super sketchy. There was active policy activity when we arrived, you check in through a bullet-proor glass bank window, and and there were all sorts of people yelling at each other and us in the parking lot. The room was dirty, there were cigarettes burn holes in the bedding, and it smelled like smoke and staleness.

I would not recommend anyone to stay here, they don’t clean the rooms, the rooms stink, very outdated, went down to try and extend my room and the CSR was sleep and then I was rushed to check out. I wish my wife and I can be refunded for our stay. They had what looked like dope fiends walking all night doing drugs, the fire alarm went off, police was ALWAYS there. NO MICROWAVE OR REFRIGERATOR WE HAD TO EAT OUR EVERYDAY BECAUSE WE HAD TO PAY EXTRA IF WE WANTED A MICROWAVE BUT WHAT AN INCONVENIENCE WITH WALMART OR BOB EVANS NEXT DOOR. DOG POOP EVERYWHERE. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!

I had booked my room in advance and was about to be given a different room, that lack the accessibility I needed... that's when I showed the clerk my printed reservation and got the room that I reserved. I also notice that a staff member was not as friendly to a guest, when he was asking for clean towels on the day of checking out.

This motel used to be a bit above average and much nicer but it's become very run down. The staff though has always been very nice.

Comfortable But Not Complete Comfort
I'm was upset because the shower did not work the first 24 hrs I was there. Tho I received a discount for my second night. I was even more upset when I made a mistake dropping the charm to my necklace drop the sink drain and callef the front desk to help in which they never showed up to help retrieve it because it meant alot to me.

Don't go here
I wish I could give this place zero stars. When we got there, there were 15 people in the lobby, and half of them were people with issues that they needed fixed. Should have realized at that point that it was not going to work out well. One lady said they gave someone else her room key as well and a man walked in on her. Another person said their room had a ton of trash in it and wasn't cleaned. Several people said their room keys just didn't work at all. We finally got our key after waiting for 30 minutes, and wouldn't you know, it did not open the door to our room. The man working at the front desk was very slow, and when we finally got a new key, it still didn't work, and the maintenance man said that the door knob was frozen and poured coffee over it to try and thaw it. That is when I decided that I was going to cancel the reservation and go somewhere else. Also, the main lobby was locked and had a sign on the door that just said "No!" so all 15 people were waiting in a 10 ft by 10 ft box.

The first room we received the key didnt work. We tried more than once to get in the room. The staff even went to use her master key and the door didnt open. She gave us a different room that actually worked. But there was only one towel for two people, the room phone had no cord to be able to use, remote control had no backing to hold in the batteries, the light wasnt plugged in for use, and the hair dryer was pulled from the wall so it couldnt be used.

Wow hard to explain how unclean this Red Roof Inn in Mt Laurel is. I feel extremely blessed to be home where it’s clean and safe. My first time seeing a roach infestation and black mold. If you want to feel unsafe and see extreme unsanitary conditions try this place.

Very poor and unclean hotel. Not worth the price.
When we arrived at the hotel in Mt Laurel after dropping off our family member from the airport, and tried to check in, there was no one at the front desk to help. We waited and called for help for around 20 minutes before calling the front desk where no one picked up. We had to call 1-877-843-7663 to figure out what's going on. Said person was helpful, but also failed to find the front desk until 20 minutes later. Arriving at 1:15am, we were finally able to get a room at 2:05am The room we finally got in was full of smoke smell, no napkins available, no trash can in the bathroom, bed smells. We don't know if the pillow cases are clean or not, since they smell like someone just used them. The room also seemed to lack proper blankets. The hotel walls were very thin. We heard loud noises from neighbors whole night, with loud music and banter. It made it difficult to sleep. Checkout was quick, we were able to just leave, but the overall experience was poor and frustrating. Would not recommend Red Roof Hotel

Do not stay here. I counted 25 cockroaches in my room of various sizes. I watched them as they crawled around the bed and bathroom. It may be the worse hotel I’ve ever been at! I slept with the lights on. It was late and I almost slept in my van. There was blood on the mattress and mold everywhere. Don’t stay here, you’ve been warned. The comfort inn and suites across the street is about the same price and much nicer!
