nice location with cheap price!
The price was really cheap with the breakfast. Location was good. It's just 5minute walk from station or pompeii. You can even see the pompeii or sea in your room. There was a swimming pool but I was in winter so there wasn't any water. I would recommend you because of it's good location with cheap price. If you bring a car, you can just park in the hotel and walk 5minute.

Hotel is very close to restaurants and Pompei ruins. Front desk staff was very nice. He allowed us to store our luggage in his office while we visited the surrounding area. Onsite restaurant is closed. No room amenities such as coffee, but the free breakfast area was great with a very friendly barista. Shower would be better if it had a curtain to keep the room from being soaked. Low water pressure for toilet flushing.

Location!
What a great location! So close to the Pompei ruins entry and the train station. The restaurants near the train are open a wide range of hours and the food was great. The hotel is an older style but matches the photos. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was immacutely clean and the room was spacious. Had free parking on site. Breakfast was a wide variety of options and proper coffee! Couple of little downsides were not many powerpoints in the room and the shower over bath wasn't very long. Would definitely stay again

Ottima soluzione per visitare gli scavi di Pompei
Hotel parecchio datato che andrebbe un po' "aggiornato". Cortesissimo il personale. Interessante la presenza della piscina interna e del vasto parcheggio. Molto vicino agli scavi di Pompei è però necessario utilizzare un mezzo proprio per spostarsi in altre località o anche solo per trovare una buona soluzione per pranzo o cena. Se la vostra destinazione sono gli scavi di Pompei allora è davvero eccezionale.

Très bon séjour
Très bel hôtel, parking sur place, belle piscine et solarium, chambres spacieuses, juste un peu vieilles. La clim faisait beaucoup de bruit. Le personnel était aux petits soins et le service très bon. Tres bien situé à côté des ruines et de la gare. Super petit dej.

Pompeii Season 2021
This lovely family run hotel is a pleasure to stay at. Convenient for easy access to the Pompeii ruins it is the only hotel with its own swimming pool that you can relax by after along hot day visiting the various sites that make up this iconic World Heritage site. We will be back.

The hotel is quite old in design and looks to have the original bathroom etc but the reviews and images were true to description so we knew what to expect and was great value. Would stay again.

This was clearly a very grand hotel in its day , it is still very nice but you can see the building is in an advanced stage of deterioration , large areas of concrete now breaking away exposing the rusty steel reinforcement below , I enjoyed the stay and the pool area is great . It is also a perfect location to visit Pompeii and Vesuvius etc.

Pool was fantastic. Good breakfast. Great location, super near to the train station and entrance to Pompeii. When you leave the archeological site, go via the villa die mistrii exit and you come out right by the hotel.

Perfect location and great breakfast
Location is fantastic, very close to the ruins and if you were getting the train, that’s also very close. There is also on site free parking if you drive. The pool is nice as it is seriously hot after walking around the ruins, the breakfast had a pretty decent choice and was all you can eat. Only minor issue was that the AC was a bit out of date in the room. It meant you had to wait a bit to get properly cool. Also it turned off when you left room as key needed but the old cardboard in the slot trick works perfectly to solve this. Would happily stay here again.

When I arrived at the property it was disappointing. The staff were not positive, the room was bare bones and not adequate. I ended up cancelling the reservation and moving to another hotel. The ONLY good thing about this hotel was location.

Das Hotel ist aus den 50er jahren und entsprechend altmodisch. Die Möbel sind uralt aber okay. Das Hotel liegt direkt gegenüber von der antiken Villa dei Misteri in Pompeji. Man kann zu Fuss in 5 Minuten zu den Ausgrabungen gehen.

Excellent choix pour les visites de Pompei
Bel hôtel, chambre avec vue sur piscine et au loin sur baie de Naples. Gare et autoroute très proches, mais bon double vitrage. Séjour en octobre idéal, peu de monde. Personnel sympathique, leur conseil en location de voiture fut très bon. Piscine très agréable. Emplacement près de la sortie ouest (mais pas d'entrée là semble-t-il) des ruines de Pompei, idéal donc pour les visiter en traversée. En octobre me restaurant de l'hôtel, ainsi que le SoZen et celui du camping à côté et ceux de la gare à 10 mn sont fermés, il faut aller dîner vers la ville à 15mn à pied.

Good selection for Pompeii ruins
Family visit to Pompeii to close by hotel. Hotel is clean having tile flooring, however overview is a bit worn out already with old fashioned TV and quite rough mattress. Hotel was quite easy to find having plenty of space for parking. Porta Marina train station is really close, trains will seize at 22:30 so trains are not generating noise during night.

Leuk hotel. Mooi schoon zwembad. Redelijk ontbijt buiten. Hotel heeft geen restaurant maar in de buurt is een Italiaans/Marokkaans restaurant. 800 meter naar beneden heb je de stad met veel restaurants.

Our stay was only one night , it was good enough for what we needed. The pool and breakfast were very welcome after our day on Pompeii, just a short walk away. Also the staff were very amenable . The accommodation we stopped in was away from the main hotel more of a motel facility's.

Nice stay. Close to everything without the tourists. Great pool but badly needs a food outlet as there is nowhere to buy food close by and the rooms do not have a fridge or even a kettle to brew a coffee. Service excellent. Staff very friendly and keen to help. I would stay here again.

Lovely hotel with nice pool and sun loungers. Friendly helpful staff. Great location for Vesuvius and Pompei ruins. Bathrooms could be improved with a proper shower.

Gezellig en leuk hotel.
Hotel ligt zeer centraal bij de uitvalswegen om de omgeving te ontdekken en zeer dichtbij de opgravingen van Pompeii stad. Treinstation is ook heel dichtbij en handig om een uitstapje mee te maken. Veel restaurants in de nabije omgeving en het stadje zelf is ook leuk om te bezoeken. Kamer is zeer basics en helaas niet met de tijd mee gegaan maar, heeft op een bepaalde manier ook weer zijn charme. Ontbijt is standaard maar voldoende en wordt goed aangevuld. Het mooie zwembad is echt een dikke plus en heerlijk. Personeel is zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Zeer prettig hotel om te verblijven.

Excellent hotel for visiting the Pompeii ruins
This hotel is in a fantastic position for visiting the Pompeii excavations with one of the main gates just a few minutes walk away (so you can park your car and walk to Porta Marina). The hotel itself is a few years old but the rooms (we were 4 people in 2 rooms) are a good size and were kept spotlessly clean with everything working well (including the AC!) The pool is fantastic and a good size and each day we had a really good breakfast on the mezzanine terrace (we were there in August). There is a bar in the lobby but for lunch and dinner you will need to use one of the restaurants up or down the road (we ate at 3 during our stay and rated them good to excellent) or go further by car / taxi into bustling Pompeii itself. One of the best points of the hotel was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff who gave us some great tips on when to visit the site and where to go in town. Overall, we would highly recommend this hotel as a base for visiting the area rather than just coming to Pompeii for a day trip.

Great pool and location
The hotel is as you should expect a 2 star property to be with the added bonus of friendly, helpful staff and a brilliant swimming pool. We booked for the location (Pompeii, close to the train station) and the pool so it delivered for us and we would stay there again. Note that there is no restaurant and only a very simple breakfast buffet so if your food needs are more than ours then consider another property or you can eat in many other places with 5, 10 or 14 mins walk.
