Like: Good size of accommodation to fit 3adults plus a child and easy access to the Chatstone Shopping Centre within 10 mins. Friendly host and quick response. Costy property to stay. Dislike: All the rooms are fullfilled with unpleasant odours and need to open the windows and door half hour to get fresh air in.Some kitchenware are with some yellow stains and need to be sanitised prior to use.

The house was adequate, however it wasn't cleaned immediately before use because there were spiders dwelling in the bathroom, and the despite having a washing machine and clothes line, the clothes line was so filthy it couldn't be used without cleaning. The dishwasher was also falling apart, and thus dishes had to be hand washed

A quiet, private location with a very friendly owner. Kids got free handmade lollipops and we got yummy homemade lollies from the owner, which were very much appreciated! I would highly recommend staying here.

Location good for our needs. Property was "tired" and needed some general maintenance. First townhouse had broken air conditioning. Fortunately we were able to move to another townhouse where air conditioning was "on" or "off". Edward the manager was extremely helpful in resolving issues.

Lovely and clean
After being let down by airb&b I had to book somewhere quickly and the town house was a little out of the way but had everything we needed. It is lovely and clean, comfortable and spacious. The host is amazing and nothing is any bother. The second bedroom isn’t really suited for adult sleeping but I think fine for children. I was quite uncomfortable in one of the single beds and later swapped for the main bedroom which had a much nicer bed. I really appreciated how lovely and clean the place was nothing to fault there. It’s a little old and dated but clean. Thank you Edward for a lovely stay.

Very nice. Facilities are good such as microwave/oven/grill, washer, dryer suitable for long stay. One open parking space for every townhouse. Nice location and friendly receptionist. Recommend for your trip.

The unit was a good size though dated. All necessary amenities were there and functional. Very convenient parking next to the unit. Peaceful and attractive block of units. Could have been cleaner and back garden needed attention but overall a reasonable place to stay for a couple of nights.

stayed 2 nights during eastern suburbs blackout. unit is dated. cleaning was average, sofas old and not that comfortable office staff very friendley and helpfull. foxtel was a bonus. good value for a 2 bed room unit but reflects the condition. would go back in preference to a 25 square metre hotel room at the same money

The bed was comfortable, crockery was clean and the the ducted heating worked well and that's the end of good comments. The whole townhouse needs a good clean : on arrival we found dried out milk and meat juices through the bottom of the fridge. the cooking utensils ( pots & pans, cutlery) were all dirty and had to be washed and scrubbed to get the baked on fat off before use. We spent three hours cleaning including the stove top, benchtops and sink after purchasing cleaning prouducts to use. we found three used tissues under one of the lounges all the light switches were dirty and the walls had numerous dirty smears on them also. the washing machine needs to be repaired/replaced as it does not spin on regular cycle and gives off a really bad burning smell. none of the townhouses gardens appeared to be mowed and were overgrown with weeds. We can't comment on the interior of other townhouses in the complex, we stayed in No. 7. I did read a review that was submitted on 22/8/2019 ( whilst we were staying here) that reflected the same thoughts we had about the condition of the premises and obviously nothing has been done to rectify the issues stated. Would we stay here again.... NO.

Dear Guest, Thanks for your helpful critic. We have discussed it with our housekeeper today. The main reason is when the previous guest had made the staff and utensils dirty, we can't clean them with dishwasher only and instead by handwork carefully. Second, we need to inspect every electric appliance to find out the problem for each. The solution for the work, we are going to add 3 more work hours for each check out keeping based on the 3 work hours at present. Anyway, would you please comprehend the difficulty of keeping the same clearance standard with the hotels just because of cooking work. Besides, this kind of property could provide more living utensils and maintenance labor, but a similar rate with hotels according to the market environment. Anyway, thanks for your helpful hints and we are going to do the best.

Wasn't the cleanest, and property in need of a lot of maintenance. But service was great. You will need a car to stay at this property as it isn't walking distance to anything. Overall it served its purpose, but wouldn't stay there again.

The property was great, quiet location perfect for myself and family. Everything worked out well. However the tv stations weren’t connected properly when we arrived. So no tv for the kids after a 5 hr drive. We fixed it the second night. Highly recommend

Fantastic place, very good price for getting an entire townhouse for less than the price of a single room in a hotel. Close to the M1. You'd likely want to have a car if you're staying here to get around. They have a garage for it though, which is amazing. Not sure about the transport options around, I had a car. Overall very impressed.
