Found hotel easily, short taxi ride from airport (400 rupees). Convenient and we had a late (after midnight) checkin. No issues, tho I had phoned ahead to tell them we would be coming so late. The bathroom smelled after we had all showered (4 of us), but otherwise the family room was comfortable and what we needed for a 1 night stay.

Hotel was worst in service and location Room were pretty dirty and do not have basic facility such as table. However food was good

Close and cheap
Firstly no airport pickup. Room had no fresh air option. At 1 am in morning staff were very loud and shooting at another guest. Shower worked poorly

Option near the airport
Inexpensive hotel, was okay, but very nosiey , could hear talking from lobby, and wedding band played loud music for 3 hours so could not rest before my flight. Very small room with no flat surfaces other than the bed.

Hotel only good for backpackers not for family.
The hotel is only 10mins drive away, but none of the taxi drivers were aware of the location though we had the full address. the website says 24 hours pick up but provided only one way. The room provided was single room with two double beds in it. there was no room for anything else. The bed linen was dirty/used and unchanged and had hair on it. When requested to change, we were advised that the morning staff did the beds and could not be changed. The bath towels were ripped. Toilet rolls were not provided and had to be requested. The room was non smoking but there was continues smell of smoke coming into the room which ended up making my son very sick. The hot water unit was not working and we were not given any instructions how to use it even after request. Had to work it out for ourselves.

Not the one I would prefer, specially for family.
The Staff was not courtious enough to talk on phone. Even when we have booked 2-double bed room they gave us 3 single bed room but its fine as we had asked for early check in. though we have checked and request for early check-In they treated it as obligation rather then courtesy service. Since they have provided early check-in the staff argued over moving out early at 11.00 am (before check out time of 12.00 Noon) as they wanted to give it to another booking. Also it took lot of time when we order the food. Surprisingly they got the food from out side which was not as equal as fresh. (as DOSA didn't remain crispy because of transportation) Definitely would not refer to foreign national, probably Indians might handle the staff in Indian way.

Bathroom is very small not enough space to stand for a person. Water in bathroom is leaking all the time. Charging ports are horrible, charger do not stick well in the broken ports. Free breakfast included is not a buffet you have to place an order and wait for more than 45 mins to get it. Rooms are not cleaned well even their fresh bedsheet and towels looks dirty. There are plenty of other options with the same rate and good facility. Will not recommend this hotel.

Location close to Mumbai International Airport, but not too close to be a problem with noise of planes landing or taking off. Cab fare from Airport to hotel was reasonably inexpensive. Hotel provides simple, but decent breakfast, included in the rate of booking the room. However, I was made to wait for a long time after ordering breakfast (I believe about 30 min on my first day and over 45 min on my second day). Some staff and some people who appeared to be associated with the Hotel were quite rude and inappropriate, such as starring rudily and even following me out of the hotel into the street.

nice hotel near to most of corporate office
good hotel approachable by all the mode of transportation metro station is just 3 minute from the hotel so you can plan your connectivity with other part of the city but you should have the proper knowledge of the city before you plan your route

Nice hotel.near to airports
Nice hotel .Near to airport and metro station. Staff were good. Only problem I faced was with with wifi, internet was not there for 24hrs.

Hotel To Airport Travel
In the Hotel's brochure it is mentioned that they provide one side free travel from either Airport to the Hotel or Vice-versa. I even confirmed the same over the phone before booking a room, and they confirmed the same. On the day before I was supposed to check out, I reminded them of this and they said they will take care of it. At the time of Check Out I was informed (to my surprise) that they will only "arrange" for the Cab and I will have to pay the Cab charges. This is ridiculous. Throughout each of my previous interactions they agreed to give the free ride and then at the last moment they reneged on it. This is a really bad way to treat your customers.

We found rats in the room which spoiled our bags. The hotel is just near to the airport break fast one has to wait till they order from outside. room size is very small. we don't recommend since except for the location. if you are single occupant if the office is nearby for a very stay you can stay without any expectations, they charge additional fee if you are making the payment through credit card.

Been here for an overnight short stay. Positives 1. New place 2. Pickup from airport Negatives 1. No kitchen - breakfast is only restricted to what is on offer (breads only) 2. Rooms too close by. Added to the boisterous co- tenants was a nightmare in terms of sound levels. 3. Lacked a reading table.

Worst stay ever
Ours was a worst stay ever. We had booked executive room where as we were provided ordinary room. After we expressed displeasure we were assured that next day we will be moved to the right room but they moved us only on the last night. But in that room also there were insects on the bed and rats in the room. Rats destroyed our luggage and food. My son had rashes all over his body. This hotel has tiniest bathrooms where shower is only possible if you sit on the toilet seat for shower (at least in the original room provided to us). Although hotel owner repeatedly said sorry for not providing the correct room but he refused to offer any discount for the inconvenience.

Inget vidare hotell. Vi kom förvisso sent med och fick vänta en timme på ett rum. Hade beställt ett familjerum med det fanns inget sådant så vi fick 2 mindre rum vara det ena inte var städat. Kan tyvärr inte rekommendera detta hotell.

To much disturbing noice
Hotel manager nice. Late pickup at AirPort but no problem. Small room. Good for a stay over. Cheap rates. But VERY much noice until 1 am in the lobby and the sound goes through the walls as if it was made of paper. Very disturbing with the staff speaking very loud very late. Will I stay again? No. I want a quiet room and not like living in the center of a discussion club!
