worst ever hotel to stay at.
worst ever experience to recommend to anyone. Bath room was horrible no windows to the room, we suffocated. Please dont advertise this kind of hotel on expedia or any internet services. It totally misleads. Charges are too much and much better hotels are available close by to this hotel like OYO which are much cleaner and much cheaper. Tried to call and talk to the hotel owner and he was not available to talk. .

very lousy
Smell of moth balls, no ventilation, no wifi, their landlines werent working. Very unconfortable place for the price paid!

Very poor maintenance
Not clean, whole hotel is dirty, Very small rooms, No ventilation in the room i stayed. Bath room door was broken in the bottom. Not worth staying in this hotel at 2300 per night

Bad location and service
Horrible experience. Stay away from this place. Very bad location and poor service. Uncooperative staff, no water, no proper communication on phone either. Totally unprofessional

Worst hotel at this price
This room was very small and not at all according to photos given in promos . Whole night the rats were running in the celling. The bathroom was very small and suffocating.

Horrible experince. Avoid at any cost
Locality is virtually a slum. Rooms are pigeon holes. Bed linens were torn and filthy. Least to tell washroom conditions. I had to run for alternate ater staying for a night. Advise to avoid this so called "hotel" at any cost.

ROOMS ARE HORRIBLE, TORN BEDSHEETS AND TOWELS. RATS RUNNING AROUND THE CEILING, CENTIPEDE FOUND AND VERY SUFFOCATING BATHROOM.

NICE STAY NEAR AIRPORT/QUICK NIGHT STAY
Last week It was quick night stay at this hotel for business. My stay was absolutely perfect.Good hotel of this class. Hotel was very clean as well as the room.Trip was on a busy working day but still they managed to pick me from airport and made arrangement for my day trip in city. As this was recommended by my frnd who stayed here before, i enjoyed the stay and it was comfortable.Breakfast had No quality issues. Front desk was very warm and welcoming and pleasing. All together best place to crash near airport so no hassle in flying .Will definitely stay here again when visiting the area, and would recommend to others.

Ein Katastrophe
Die Zimmer sind eng und stickig. Die Bettwäsche war noch vom Vorgänger. In der Nacht fielen Kakerlaken von der Decke und Mäuse hörte man in den Wänden laufen. Frühstück bekommt man dann aufs Zimmer..... auf einem schmutzigen Teller ein Toast und dazu kalten Kaffee und das alles für 50 Euro pro Nacht.

I didnt stay there becouse they said that i have to have my marrege contract transelated, hotel in bad location, it was horible experiance to reach the hotel, no one knowes where is the hotel, and after reaching there and gitting the conformation of the booking, they refused to acomodate us, means we lost our mony in booking throw this site, please be carful.

Refused to stay in the hotel!!!
This property had the look and the feelings NG of being the type which is paid for by the hour! Hope whoever reads this gets my meaning! Do not bother to even book it and it should be removed from Expedia! NOT A FAMILY HOTEL AT ALL!

wurde nach lä ngeren Telefonaten in ein anderes "Hotel" gebracht. zimmer sind wie kleine schachteln, ohne fenster und die klimaanalage konnte nicht reguliert werden, entweder 18 grad oder gar keine luft

Small rooms but close to new metro line & airport.
My friend & I spent 3 nights here & overall had a good experience. The rooms are REALLY small, so not much room for your luggage or to move, ha. The bathrooms were okay but the hot water did not last long. The A/C did work well. The TV was really small & the cable was complicated to operate. The best part is that it is walking distance from the metro. Free breakfast included bread, omelette and tea. Not bad. All hotels are pricier in this area since it's near the airport. Rickshaw to airport is about 80 rupees and taxi back from airport was around 225 rupees. Wi-Fi only worked in lobby. No windows in my room :(

hotel staff can't talk proper english. promise give breakfast but never give. never clean the room even already booking with all payment paid. don't go to this hotel.

Terrible, never go for this hotel.
Terrible, never go for this hotel. The rooms are really uncomfortable, beds bad and also the rooms are very very small. You have ask for everything again and again. They don't care much about the comfort of the client.

i booked hotel blue orchid but he stay us in a third class(not in blue orchid) room. you are requested to make customer comfortable but we realize a very bed experience at this stage...............

Being charged for "free" service
We found this hotel on the internet and booked it for 1 night to stay between our domestic and international flights. As usual for an airport hotel through the booking process and in our confirmation it was clearly mentioned that airport pick up and drop off is complimentary on request. The same is advertised on the hotel's website. To our big surprise they actually charged for this service and more than a normal taxi rate for the same distance. When we complained the manager said that this service is only free if the booking is made directly with the hotel and not through an online agency. Well, as we didn't want to get stuck at 2am we paid but this practice is totally unfair and unacceptable. Avoid them!

Hotel location is somewhat odd & it seems that no good hotels or shopping facilities are in the vicinity. For 1 day stay it is ok for single person, not suitable for whole family.

The phone number provided does not work. The address is confusing (Took 1 hour to find it out) The rooms are too dark (No window or ventilation) and quite small.
