Stolen credit card number, stay away!
Warning!!! This place will steal your credit card number. A week after I checked out I noticed had two fraudulent charges on my card of over six hundred dollars for food and drinks at the rooftop bar and restaurant attached to this hotel. Not worth the risk.

Outrageous
Ridiculous view of slums overlooking the pali hill high-rise buildings. Seriously should close this motel. Not fair to an international crowd.

Nice hotel, good value for money!
The hotel was centrally located, represented good value for money; the staff were very attentive and helpful. The accommodation was clean and fairly spacious. All in all a nice experience. There was no WiFi facility however & breakfast was not included. The location though convenient had no surrounding amenity space and the area nearby was congested. However this is a feature of Mumbai in general.

Amazing breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. Only issue was the keycard kept failing and we had to get a new one almost every other day.

Fantastic location, nice rooms, excellent food even if the breakfast choices are slightly limited. Superb service and very friendly and accomodating staff.

The hotel is well located, close to transportation and to restaurants, cafes, etc. The hotel staff are very cordial and efficient. The free breakfast has variety and is well prepared, and with plenty of fresh food. The wifi doesn't work that well in all corners of the hotel room. So the wifi signal could be improved.

Excellent location!
clean. The hotel is in a great middle location of city to see the sites and at night near many restaurants, cafes and bars. The breakfast was good. However, I had two things I was concerned about during my stay. First, I was unable to connect to Wi-Fi in my room. The Wi-Fi worked in lobby and breakfast floor only. During breakfast a guest accidentally dropped a serving utensil on the floor in front of staff, guest picked utensil from floor and put back on table. Staff did not remove dirty utensil from buffet table. I still would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Overall, it is a decent hotel but in desperate need of an update. The staff are great; the restaurant is different from the one when I last stayed there. Not bad at all but I preferred the food that was served in the last. The Terra bar that was on the rooftop terrace is no longer open. The bathroom/showers need a complete makeover! Very importantly these days, the internet connection is terrible and, to make matters worse, there are websites that are blocked so you cannot —at all— navigate in them; case in point, my airline’s website! I don’t know who decides which websites to block but they are doing a terrible job as, within reason, the internet should be wide open especially for business travelers.

On night of 09-04-2018 I had dinner at same place where breakfast is served in d Morning. That night I found the staff busy among themselves in chatting. They weren't concern about the customer plus they were on the side of room where customer voice is not reachable due to glass wall in between. Restaurant service.

Meets the expectation of a 3 star hotel.
We were initially placed in a dingy room but upon complaining they promptly changed us. Overall it meets a 3 star hotel expectation. I wasnt WOW’ed by no means.. We paid about 150$ a night which I found expensive but that’s mumbai for you!

Needs improvement
The hotel requires improvement. Rooms have become shaby and are in need of refurbishment. Bathrooms lack of exhaust makes the whole room smell. Outlets were not working. Mini bar is not stocked

Good value for your money.
Comfortable, convenient hotel. Staff was courteous. However the environment was noisy & there was garbage dump just outside the front entrance. Much recommended to fellow travellers looking for a comfortable & clean rooms.

We arrived very early at 6:30am and were already dreading a long wait for room. Hotel provided temporary room so we could rest while our main room was made ready. Thank you Executive Enclave.

Decent hotel , liked it
Mumbai's infrastructure is mixture of posh restaurant and hotels sandwiched between chawls (slum). This is quite given and locals feel pretty okay about it. This hotel also faces a chawl right in the middle of Bandra and it was totally okay. The hotel staff, food, room and toilet were absolutely fine. I felt quite comfortable.

Great for the budget.
Room safes were a bit small, not enough to put a laptop. Limited selection of breakfast. But overall a great hotel for the price. Would help if the general conditions of the rooms were a bit better.

I had been to Mumbai on a business trip and wanted a quiet room, on check-in I asked the manager to give a quiet room, but this person put me in a room facing the main road with traffic. Though I did not take this issue with him, I did not like it.
