Spacious Rooms
Excellent, clean and tidy rooms. The room was also spacious.

Check in process was good... But they wouldn't let any visitor during the day time as well... Strange!!!

Location is pivot.Well connected
The over all experience was courteous. Rooms are good and services are active. There is a typical smell in the wash rooms which needs to be looked into.

Overhaul needed!
I got bitten by a cockroach in my right eye when I woke up. Bathroom floor accumulates so much water thus making it slippery. I had to take the stairs everytime we need to go up and down. Good thing we were put under 2nd floor. Elevator has a blower and smells of cockroach. I wouldn't be surprise if a family of cockroach falls on you.

Very helpful staff. Good hotel. Convenient if you have to be in that neighborhood.

Average, but not worth the price
Comfort-wise, the room was very good. However, the bathroom was not very clean, and hot water was not always available. The water was also clogging at times. The free wifi was never working. For the price they charged, it was not up to the standard expected.

Bad experience.
It was bad experience. no proper service. Water clogging in bathroom, no water in flush. Spider in bathroom and ants in the room. Called the restaurant in the night for water bottle, but they kept their phone aside so that no one can disturb them.
