Lors de mon arrivée, l'employé à la réception insistait pour que paye mon séjour alors que le tout avait déjà été payé par Expedia 8 mois auparavant. Après une attente de 10 minutes et un appel, il a compris que le tout avait bel et bien été payé. Ensuite j'ai passé 48h sans WiFi. Je devais demander constamment si ca fonctionnait car aucun suivi n'était fait de leur côté (pour m'informer). Et inévitablement... je n'ai eu aucun dédommagement. Le personnel du restaurant est #1 .

I booked this hotel because I had a really good experience from my previous stay. Now this hotel staffer whoever was on duty on 3rd March night gave us the worst ever travel experience. In the middle of the night he simply said we dont have your reservation or booking and I cant help you. This happened when I had booked the hotel 2 months in advance. I never had seen the a Hotel did not get a booking after 2 months. I was carrying a 6 month old child and she was crying as we could get rest after traveling from us and he simply did not allow us on the hotel premises and was discourteous as well and when another hotel staffer or porter tried to help he asked him not to. We even asked if he could give us a room with extra payment and he even denied that and he was more concerned of entry door opening and closing as we were trying to calm our child and trying to book another hotel.$140 dollar wasted. My child cried for 3-4 hours as all the hotels 3 or 4 star were all full when we tried to book another hotel. When I asked for a refund through Expedia the management also did not pick the Customer service reps call and did not refund our booking. Please avoid this Hotel at all cost.

Would not recommend.
Not worth the price. Rooms are old and very small with a very dirty look and feel and we were apparently upgraded. Definitely will not stay here again.

Nice location. Courteous staff. Basic things like hand/face towels, hair dryer, ashtray etc had to be asked for. Room provided for triple occupancy was too small, with very little leg space and no space (as in chair/sofa etc) to sit.

The photos are out of date! The room was filthy! THere were dead insects on the window seals. The toilet was badly stained. There was dirt and scale around the shower door. the walls of the shower were dirty. There was a smell in the room. The bin in the bathroom was rusty and dirty. We cleaned all the surfaces with Lyzol wipes, and the wipes were black with dirt and dust. Would NEVER stay here again! The management was also not firendly. We had booked a Luxury room and were shown 5 rooms which were all substandard. We settled for a premium room which was the best of the worst. The manager refused to refund the difference. A couple of the front desk staff would ignore us because we complained. The breakfast and staff in the morning at breakfast led by Arun Shetty were fantastic though!

All is well
Decent hotel, small rooms- at least the 'classic' ones. Nice restaurant with good service. Helpful staff. Location is good. Nice pubs nearby. Nothing comes to mind that i can complain about. Just a funny incident - The reception guy was fast asleep & snoring when i checked out at 04:00 AM in the morning as i had an early morning flight. Thank god i cleared my dues the previous night! All in all i would recommend this place for a short stay of 2-3 days. 4 stars from me.

Totally Unhappy with their Unprofessionalism
It was not a good stay at all. They are not cooperative. They change their words too frequently. One night they agreed to change my stay plan & next morning another manager disagreed with the previous commitment. I was totally unhappy with their service. They even don't feel sorry for changing their commitment too frequently. Very bad mentality people out their in charge of this hotel. I will never go again with my family. Totally disappointed.

Good Stay at The Oriental Residency
We stayed 3 nights. The room was comfortable. 24 hours hot shower, clean linen, and prompt room service /house keeping. All in all a decent place to choose if you have family/work in and around Bandra West/Khar/Santacruz.

Cheap Hotel but a very good location
Had a decent hotel stay, but not great. Although I was told that my booking had been upgraded by the staff, the room looked very average!! The room was clean, but the bedsheets and linen were dirty. Not the cleanest bathroom, but manageable. Location and access make the property worthwhile. Wifi didn't work.

Reasonable Distance to the International Airport
All the staff made sure to always greet us.Only the front desk staff and managers spoke English and regulary asked if we needed anything. The breakfast buffet was excellent offering both Indian and Western foods. Some items changed on a daily basis. You also have the option to order freshly cooked eggs and dosa of your liking. Room service also provided tasty and freshly made orders. They were very accomidating to those who don't eat spicy food. The room was cleaned everyday, but it was of a lower standard than it is in the West.The towels were a light grayish color and had light stains. Either they do not bleach their towels or the water is not clean. The shower tiles and shower door had mold/scum, which could be easily scrubbed with bleach. The light switches, remote controls, telephone, and walls could use a wipe down. The hotel provided what we needed during our stay. It's a great budget hotel, especially if you compare the hotel with it's immediate surroundings.

Convenient Location and Good hotel
We have stayed here before and have repeatedly chosen this hotel. Staff are very pleasant and obliging. Room was clean and comfortable. Location is convenient and near by shopping and good eating places. Restaurant has adequate choice for dining in house.

Checking was a nightmare. Had booked 2 premier rooms for 3 nights and fully paid and confirmation received. Upon arrival the front desk staff were telling me the booking was for 1 room only and I had to pay 5000 Ir per night for the 2nd room and claim with Expedia. After a long talking a second room was given which was a very basic room with twin beds. It appears that that the staff were a bit untrustful as we noticed another couple were going through the same frame one evening.. Secondly they quoted me 1300IR for Airport drop off when it was only 650+ when I checked with the driver. I forgot the name of the person otherwise the driver said he could take the matter up hotel management..

I ALWAYS CHOOSE THIS HOTEL FOR THE GOOD SERVICE AND LOCATION AND GOOD FOOD AT THE SOUL RESTAURANT. THE ONLY PROBLEM WE GOT WAS THE NOISE WHICH DISTURBED OUR NIGHT SLEEP DUE TO THE BANQUETS GOING ON EVERYDAY AND MUSIC PLAYED HEARD IN MY ROOM ON 5TH FLOOR.

The services was excellent. Nelson, Victor and the rest of the staff made our stay comfortable. However the location is not so convenient. In saying that, cabs are easily available. Traffic is really bad. Breakfast in the hotel is excellent. Good food. Not very expensive too.

Our stay at Oriental Residency
The location of the hotel is the only reason we booked this hotel. Much improvement has been noted in cleanliness since our last stay in 2015. But again we had to call the cleaner to clean our room since it was still dirty even after the daily cleaning. The good thing is that your request do fall in deft ears. Immediate action is taken to rectify the wrong doings. The negative side was that we made special request to ahave non smoking room and we were given a non smoking corridor but then our neighbours, a group of men, were smoking in the room just opposite us. We complained about it but the man at the reception told us that nothing can be done since normally when they full they do not respect these conditions!

Nice hotel close to shopping,eating & New Hospital
We had a beautiful stay at this hotel. It is very convenient to nice new Hospital, Dental Office,shopping, restaurants, parks and casual walks. I want to thank the staff especially Melcome in housekeeping,Bhagat Singh, the driver, Shiuhav Desai, front desk, Arun S. F&B, Birandra, Ganesh,Saurav, and some names that I do not know. All these are wonderful boys and they work very hard to keep guests happy and they all deserve promotions.

overpriced and overrated
chose it because it was near to a business location I needed to visit. overall it was disappointing and expensive for what it offered. Specially poor was the room cleanliness and the breakfast. the place looks modern but is run down. best was the friendliness of the security guards. will only return if I absolutely must.

Nice neighborhood buy very noise hotel, over price
We were very disappointed! The room they gave us was right next to the kitchen. Very noise until late at night and early in the morning! The first day we arrive after we have check in, we were in our room already one of the service men walk in without knocking at the door. Awful! Never leave your room unlock! I will not recommend this place!

Check in was smooth and staff friendly and informative Corridors were ok - but there were dirty trays left outside doors all the time The room was very small for the price we paid but the bed was clean and comfortable The shower was strong and hot but the bathroom was quite old so looked dirty Overall it served our purpose for a one night stay not too far from the airport but I probably wouldn't go back again if there was an alternative
