The food at the restaurant was really good. But keep in the mind that the property is old and the bathrooms especially are in really bad condition.

The rooms and service were great but the surroundings were a bit messy but I guess that’s what is is around Mumbai.

Good location, decent service hotel in Mumbai
Good location near Mumbai international airport. Car was sent right on time to pick up from a late night/early morning flight. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

Overnight hotel
The Regent hotel is good for an overnight stay near the airport. The airport transfer is a bit pricey, the ride only 5 minutes. The staff are helpful and pleasant, the rooms are clean and comfortable but the bathroom could do with an upgrade although clean. Breakfast is hit and miss, depending on the number of guests, few guests little choice, more guests full choice.

Neat, clean & pleasant ambience & freindly staff.
The stay, food and service was excellent. However, hotel.com charged us exorbitantly high. Also did not pass on the free nights.

Not worth it select another hotel.
First room we were in AC did not work also very dusty. Second room as spots mold and mildew few areas of the room.

Excellent hotel service. We enjoy.
Very welcoming staff - in lobby, in dining room, maintenance staff and the guards on the gate. Thanks to everyone. Continental breakfast with a variety of cuisines - Indian and European - very tasty. The location is close to the airport. We enjoy our stay in this hotel.

It is a good 3 star hotel. The room is clean and reception service is good. Only the lift is outdated one and food options are less.

HOME AWAY FROM HOME
We were moved by the excellent service offered by the wel-trained staff by this hotel. I am definitely going to come back to this hotel next time I am in Mumbai. Barring the neighborhood, every thing was superb.

Generell ein gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis. Hab nur eine Nacht auf der Durchreise übernachtet, war aber ganz ok. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Zimmer war ok, wenn auch nicht auf Topniveau.

Nice and comfortable stay
I have selected this hotel with the 50/50 mind. Booked only 2 days, even my trip was longer. No regrets in terms of the overall experience considering what we pay. Very friendly staff and supportive. Rooms are clean, Service quality is first class, Close 2 metro stations for better commuting and Not but not least, nice food.

Hotel services on the airport pickup was good as my flight delay till midnight and still they are on time to send us back to hotel.

Nice little gem at a great price
Finding this little gem can be quite a challenge. Helpful staff and a very nice dining room with excellent meals. Rooms are a bit small but comfortable and clean. Convenient to Mumbai International. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Cheers.

It is a budget Hotel not *
No bottled water kept in rooms, No dust bins except one near Cupboard, Dirty yellowish water from taps, Need to pour down at-least three buckets to get good water for bath. Hot water for just name shake it was just warm thatsall. And so Noisy and dirty area.

Great business hotel....
Not cheap---but hotels in Mumbai are never cheap, but the best hotel that I stayed in in India over a 90 day trip. Super comfortable beds. Restaurant was able to accommodate my requests for less spicy cuisine. Further from the airport than I thought it would be.

Good option for this price
Very cooperative staff. Reasonable price for this location in Mumbai. Nice food, lots of options for breakfast. Approach road is a bit congested, but 200 meters away the highway starts.

Pleasant Stay
Very nice experience.. Hotel rooms are well maintained. Reached early but was given the the room without any wait. For the complimentary breakfast, the options are limited but the quality and taste is up to the mark. The only drawback I found was that the waiters were little rude. Like I asked for the juice at the time of breakfast so they told it is kept there in the buffet you can yourself take it which i dint felt good. The rest of the staff member were good.

Stayed at regent on 20th January 2014. Very polite staff. Excellent housekeeping. Overall we enjoyed our one night stay. Will book again if I travel to Mumbai.

terrible and not worth for its money
The outside of the building the front dest people were very friendly. But the room is terrible. particulary, the restroom and the shower. it does not have any international standard touch for a hotel. it is a single Air conditioning that is facing your bed that is terrible when you sleep. We have to ask for toilet paper to use and their is no toilet paper holder in the room. Both my wife and I did had a terrible experience and I am glad we had it for only one night.
