The staff was excellent at the desk, dining and housekeeping. The pool, however, had mud around its deck from someone accessing it from outdoor, and there were "hair balls" floating in the pool as well as a fairly cold water temperature.

It was right off the main road so easy to get to and close to everything we wanted to do.

Staff was very friendly. Peephole had tissue shoved in it so it wasn't usable. The walls/ceiling seemed very thin as I could hear the people running up and down the hall and the people above sounded as if they had a mini horse staying with them. The room was nice and clean. The elevator was not in order, as I found out upon check in. Thankfully I only had one flight of stairs. I would stay here again if in the area.

We enjoyed our weekend stay here. The breakfast attendant was super sweet and did a fantastic job. We would stay here again when in the area.

Elevator was broken. Had to get another room because the bathroom was out of order in the first. Bathroom was dirty. I've machine didn't work. Light was out at the side entrance.

Mixed feelings about this one. Pool was shut down for maintenance and elevator was broken. We were only on second floor so no big deal. Room furnishings were worn and stained. Nice staff and quiet, no hi way noise. Just has an old and tired feel to it.

Elevator was broken with was less than ideal after a day of travel. The hotel has a funky smell and the room seemed old and dirty. This would not be my 1st choice if back in that area. The hotel is in need of upgrading the rooms to remove the stained carpet.

The only issue I had was when the pipe burst on the 3rd floor. No one told us that it happened until I was in the shower and the water was shut off. I has soap on me and couldn’t rinse off. I wouldn’t of gotten in the shower if they would off called the room.

Had to keep the blackout curtain closed with the clips from the hangers (per hotel staff) because they wouldn’t or couldn’t fix the miss hooked curtains. Cracked (hole) in tub. What I originally thought was rust on the upper door frame to the bathroom was not it was what appeared to be poop. Toilet was loose and wobbled. It was late night and went to desk to talked to them after they already charged my card in less than 5 minutes of being there. They said “Oh well we are remodeling”. Yea - The pool area! Not the rooms! Didn’t offer another room or money back or any kind of compensation. Ridiculous for a $208 room! Talked to a rep with Travelocity I’m supposed to be getting a $25 credit for my next stay but haven’t seen that yet either.

We came for Anderson football homecoming with kids and unfortunately the pool was down for maintenance and we were not told ahead of time but other than that the place was great and my grandkids still enjoyed the weekend

Routine visit with my elderly father who lives in Marion but he had Dr appointment scheduled in Anderson so we stayed there instead. The room that we got was larger by far than the one we stayed at in Marion and so much easier for him to get around in with his walker. Nice facilities. Comfortable.

We arrived at 5 o’clock and was told our room still wasn’t cleaned and ready. The swimming pool was down as well. The door to our room would not close completely and the toilet wouldn’t work properly. The breakfast was good though
