All of those issues are not a cleanliness issue, but a maintenance problem but still not acceptable and all have been addressed. I also apologize for no one recognizing you during your stay. That definitely is not the norm, we are quite often complimented on the friendliness of our staff, which should always be the case when we are interacting with all of our guests. But the ADA rooms, the beds are on a frame and they are lower in height than what's in standard rooms. We hope you will give us another chance to win back your loyalty.
