Great location and good breakfast
Nice place, good breakfast. Beds are a bit hard for American standards, but that is normal in Germany. Pillows are too soft as well. If you like sleeping on hard beds, then this is probably comfortable for you. Overall had a great time here, good location.

JAMS Music Hotel was recommended by friends who live in the area. We enjoyed the hotel's cool vibe and decor. The hotel has cool Rock royalty decor throughout the hotel. I wish they put more Rock decor in the rooms. The shower was great pressure, however you have to add a lot of towels on the floor to contain the water that comes from the shower - but we managed. The bar area seemed to be happening and very popular. The breakfast was plentiful and great with fresh bread, meat/cheese options, baked goods, eggs and Capuccinos. The staff was very friendly. the area is very convenient to walk to the metro tram and walk to many restaurants in the area.

Jams excellent! Location is perfect to get around easily. Breakfast was delicious and the bed was very comfortable! Nice boutique hotel located in a very quiet safe neighborhood!

Honestly one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in, and I have stayed in many. It was very clean, very unique and cute! and many personalized touches. The bed was SO comfortable and massive for Europe, there was even blackout curtains. Breakfast was very good with fabulous service, and a free minibar?!?! I have never had so many perks from one room before. It was a really nice touch that you could take records up to your room and play them on the record so player and there was even 2 bluetooth speakers! The shower and staff were amazing too. Seriously, I could not say enough good things about this hotel. A great value. And although its not right in the city, it is a very easy and quick train ride away. I would stay here 100 times over! Definitely recommend.

Staff was responsive. Definitely a boutique type hotel. Read up - if you want a resort style hotel then this place is not for you. If you want to have a music vibe stay with an open minibar, vinyl records at your disposal then this is your place. Highly recommend junior suite!

Funky & eclectic Boutique spot
Cracking location at only 20 minute walk to Marienplatz. funky and super vibe. Great staff and super value. Love the idea of the free minibar in your room - soft drinks, water and beer is a nice touch. Breakfast is just enough and also included. Lovely comfy beds. Standard Rooms are on the small side but great for a week or less. Perfect for my three night stay.

Ser häftigare ut på bilderna än i verkligheten. Bra läge och nära S bahn. Dålig service. Personalen hade inte koll på när man ex beställt frukostpåse en viss tid (trots flera samtal dagen innan). En i personalen verkade tycka det var jobbigt att ens ta emot frågor (med höga suckar som svar). Som att vi störde. Dessutom gick brandlarmet vid midnatt pga privat fest i bottenvåningen.

Pleasant stay in Munich
Stylish and cozy room. Shower door could be improved - stylish but not very funcional (water leaks to the room). Breakfast menu is short yet with very very good quality. My only issue was with payment - I had requested to pay upon check in in cash but the hotel debited the credit card in advance. Location was perfect to our needs - close enough to the city center but a bit quieter. Would come back for sure.

Awesome concept, friendly staff, felt home! Great!
Perfect! I only missed a coffee/tea option at the bedroom. Employees very friendly and seem happy to work there Free Minibar which is a great welcome Breakfast, few but great options and homemade cake, juice and jam

Perfect for us!
Great place within walking distance from city centre. Cosy bar with good asian-inspired food. Car elevator(!) to the underground parking was a new experience. Got help with booking/cancelling/rebooking taxi and printing tickets. The kids approved of the wifi. And of course we played vinyls from the 80’s one night. Would stay there again!

Beautiful Hotel in Great Location
Incredible hotel with great staff, awesome rooms, very clean and safe in great location. Great breakfast. Only issue was air conditioning. Had to sleep above covers b/c it was over 80 degrees in room. Asked for help several times and was told temp was not controlled in rooms but was controlled for entire building so couldn't be remedied.

Nicht ganz im Zentrum gelegen, aber praktische Lage nähe S-Bahnstation Rosenheimer Platz. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr bequemes Bett, hell und freundlich dank grosser Fenster. Zimmerausstattung beinhaltet alles Wichtige. Kostenlose Getränke aus der Minibar. Witziges Konzept mit Music-Star Themen pro Stockwerk. Einziges Manko: Frühstück erst ab 8 ist für frühe Abreisezeiten nicht praktisch.

Great hotel, great staff, great location.
Great hotel. I came over for a conference and my wife came over as well to make a weekend of it and we booked JAMS because of its location and it looked a bit different. Really happy we did, the staff were excellent, the hotel room was great, loved the record player in it. In particular the bar manager was great fun, a real character. We also borrowed the complimentary bikes and took them for a ride around the English Gardens and then back through town, which was a particular highlight.

Nice little hotel. Nice touch is the excellent record collection in the lobby. You can choose a revord and play it on the turntable in your room. (although its sound is not good).

Definitely in tune!
I stayed here for one night during a business trip to Munich. It is extremely well decorated and stylish with loads of nice musical details. The hotel is located just a short walk from the Isar river, where you can do your morning run or even go swimming. The band (employees) are playing along and the only thing I found out-of-tune was the bed that had a very hard mattress. Other than this, I would highly recommend to tune in on this little Munich-gem.
