Great location, lovely sea view from our balcony. The hotel is a little dated but cannot fault the cleanliness or the staff. Would stay here again.

Buena opcion para estar tranquilo
Está un poco escondido en medio de una urbanización, lo cual es bueno si quieres estar en una zona tranquila. Las habitaciones están bien (aunque por poner una pega, deberían tener nevera/minibar). La piscina y zona del restaurante esán fenomenal, con la musica chill out, limpio y buen servicio. Eso si, las copas algo caras para ser un hotel normal de 3 estrellas en Murcia.

Stayed here a few times, its a clean practice hotel but the only gripe is the swimming pool never seems to be clean enough to use. Its a real shame as the property and small gardens is nice. The staff are always very pleasant.

Hotel tranquilo donde te despiertan los cantos de los pájaros, habitación grande pero solo una mesilla. Falta secador de pelo y cambio de toallas por lo menos cada dos días y con otro suavizante. Una pequeña nevera no estaría de mas y wiffi en las habitaciones. Escaso mantenimiento.

Stayed several times here. Will come back again. Wonderful personnel. Quiet. Close to beach. Good local restaurant. Vicinity to Puerto de Mazarrón with coffee places, restaurants and supermarkets.

Necessary stay
We stayed at playasol for 6 nights whilst we were having our bathroom revamped. It is a basic hotel, very clean, friendly and just what we needed. Close to the beach approx 5 minute walk.

Gepflegtes Hotel mit tollem Ausblick vom Balkon. Das Personal an der Rezeption nett. Die 1-Mann-Bedienung im Restaurant war super freundlich und kannte schon beim 2. Frühstück unsere Vorlieben. Die Zimmer haben eine schlichte Ausstattung: Kleiner Fernseher, nur eine Nachttischlampe und kein Fön auf dem Zimmer. Die Handtücher im Bad waren teilweise fleckig bzw. löchrig. Wir haben sie daher auf den Boden zum Wechseln gelegt. Als wir nach dem Frühstück ins Zimmer kamen, hatte uns die Putzfrau die alten Handtücher wieder hingehängt.

This hotel was in useful position, but we were not on holiday but there for the funeral of a friend. It was out of season and the hotel had no facilities at all apart from a continental breakfast which we did not use. Unfortunately there was no way of getting hot drinks after breakfast.

Good location in Bolnuevo but bar and restaurant was closed at this time of the year. The large room was lovely with twin beds, ensuite and a balcony but no tea/coffee maker nor fridge but excellent value at £22 per night.

You wonder what it once was
This is a pleasant building, visually well maintained in a quiet residential area. We booked a double room but could only have a twin - having said that it was the single most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept on. Check-in is simple and efficient. And that's it. Nothing more. The bar is shut; as in permanently shut, cleared of and stock and fittings and not to be opened any time soon. The "restaurant" opens only for breakfast (bread and cheese (*ham at an additional cost)). The pool area is clean and tidy - possibly because you cannot sit out and get hot then buy a cooling drink.........

Nice quiet hotel with friendly staff.
Staff were excellent and the rooms were clean. Did not eat at the hotel as we were visiting friends in the Isla Plana region.

Perfect getaway, short or long.
Fantastic hotel with tremendously good service. Personell outstanding. Great location, easy access with car and no parking problems. Short walk to beach and restaurants. Nice looking pool even though I haven’t tried it. And has its own restaurant. And quiet.

Friendly, simple hotel
The hotel lived up to what it promised! If there was a drawback it was the fact that low season meant it was not as lively as some might like. Great value for money, though.

Overall the Hotel is good, BUT only for high season. te staff are friendly enough, however the Bar was closed, and also the restaurant. so only breakfast was available. You could even get a bottle of water. there are no coffee making facilities in the room and the nearest Bar is a good 7 mins walk away. I did ask about the bar etc but was told shut as out of season, i was Easter and half term, think they missed an opportunity and other hotels were fully open. Oh and the pool was dirty!

Positive Review
A simple hotel in a quiet residential area 10 minutes walk to the beach. Friendly and welcoming. Beautiful room. Very spacious. Balcony overlooking the pool and with distant sea view. Large bathroom with full size bath and shower over. A mini fridge would have been nice, especiallt in the summer. Breakfast was a bit expensive for what it was €8.50. I bought my own coissants and orange juice and had them on my balcony. I would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable and very friendly hotel
Rooms are basically furnished but very big and spotlessly clean with comfortable beds, a safe and everything else you need. The hotel staff are brilliant, very good service and very helpful.
