Really enjoyed my time here. Special thanks to everyone at concierge, Issa in house keeping and Philippe in the Courtyard. Lovely experience, only sad thing was the outdoor pool was out of service for three days after a party. Otherwise amazing!

Wonderful hotel both for business and leisure travelers. Newly refurbished. Very polite staff. Very extensive breakfast buffet. Outdoor pool nice and clean.

Great Spa Experience & Breakfast Buffet
I stayed here for only 1 night at the beginning of my trip of Oman. It was convenient, comfortable, and clean. The front desk was very friendly and helpful which was great. I ate at the restaurant serving the pool area and was disappointed at the slow service. They were clearly understaffed for that area but seemed slow in general. I did eat at the breakfast buffet the next morning and was impressed with the selections and customer service. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The highlight of my stay was the massage at the spa. It was wonderful! I got the relaxing Swedish massage and it was divine.

Stunning pool but service needs to be improved
Quality of the hotel was really good although it was of a 'classic' style and kept very clean. The food was great including the themed nights and huge breakfast spread. The temperature controlled outdoor pool was amazing. Really disappointed in the service ... constantly trying to get attention of staff. We had Club lounge access and they couldn't even get a gin & tonic correct. There is clearly still smoking on the 13th floor in the Club Lounge, but the whole floor smells. On the morning of New Years Eve, there was a note under the door to say that the outdoor pool area would be closed from 14:30 to set up for the party that night. Very disappointed that we weren't notified about this at check-in or at least given more notice so that we could have planned our days accordingly. If staying at the hotel over 31 December then make sure you ask for a room that doesn't overlook the pool as it was very noisy.

Ein älteres , jedoch gepflegtes Hotel. Teppich im Zimmer müsste getauscht werden. Sauberkeit war in allen Bereichen gegeben . Frühstück und dortiger Service war hervorragend. Lounge Access wurde getauscht vom 13 Stock in die Lobby, der Service und das Ambiente dort entsprach leider überhaupt nicht den Erwartungen und ist verschenktes Geld. Mitarbeiter Almass macht einen hervorragenden Job , vielen Dank dafür. Für mich war dies leider das schlechteste Sheraton was ich bis jetzt besucht habe und ich würde anderen Hotels in Muscat den Vorzug geben.

Für 1-2 Nächte zu empfehlen
Wir haben eine Nacht direkt nach Ankunft in Muscat im Sheraton verbracht. Check-in ging bereits sehr früh, wofür wir sehr dankbar waren. Hotel hat einige Jahre auf dem Buckel, aber alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Zimmer war völlig in Ordnung. Der Pool war leider super voll mit Familien und es roch sehr nach Chlor. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut mit einer großen Auswahl an Speisen und gutem Service. Für 1 oder 2 Nächte kann ich das Hotel empfehlen.

Overall good hotel but I was told on arrival that they don’t have any accessible bathrooms even though I had messaged them earlier about my requirement. It seemed like that they don’t take that requirement seriously and did not care to inform me earlier so I could have done alternate arrangements.
