Good hotel, nice, friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast was nice, great selection. Pool area was ok not too many sun loungers considering the size of the area, there could be at least 8-10 more loungers available. Hotel is on the beach and close to a couple of restaurants, with a local shop on the door step where you can buy all the necessary things plus alcohol which you can drink on the shop’s veranda overlooking g the sea, the shop also sells hot food. The room was very dark, the shutter to the balcony was lockable but the glass door wasn’t, so we always had to close both at night. In general it was a nice stay.

Great hotel, friendly staff, brilliant breakfast!
Lovely hotel located in a beautiful setting right by beach - you can watch the sunset over the coastal mountains in front of you right from the balcony! The staff were excellent and very helpful arranging our trip to Delos for us and sorting transfers to the port for our departure. The breakfast is also brilliant!

Me and my sister stayed at Alkistis hotel for 12 days and the service was perfect. We felt very good taken cared of and all the staff was nice all the time. We became good friends with our cleaning lady, she was always in a good mood and respectful. They had a very good breakfast and the hotel had a pool and only 3 minutes to the beach. The fridge did not work in our hotel room, and They gave us a whole new room right away and a bottle of wine, super nice! We will recommend this to all of our friends😊😊 Thanks to all the staff at Alkistis.

Dear Mr. Frank, Thank you for your comment, but we cannot see anything terrible at your superior double room , that is was given to you as a free upgrade from us , instead of a standard room with partial sea view. that you have booked. We really feel very sorry that you couldn't enjoy your stay with us and we do promise next time to accommodate you at a room you will booked , such us probably a standard room with partial sea view at the top of the hill, where located all these types of rooms. Also, we cannot see anything positive written at your whole stay such us staff, buffet breakfast, bar, pool....??? Hope next time you can give us the chance to proceed with your expectations.

Great Stay!
Great stay in Mykonos! Hotel was recently renovated so the rooms feel modern and clean. Pool area is great, breakfast was good too and the service was always friendly and accommodating. Location is ideal for the port or airport, and the local beach is right outside. Only markdown I have is the overall value for money. It was peak season so the rate was quite high and I don’t think it matched the product. The exterior of the buildings need some love too, but not enough to be a dealbreaker.

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans cet établissement. Bel hôtel très bien placé car proche du centre. Une agence de location de quad & scooter est située juste à côté, c’est très pratique. Les chambres sont très simples par rapport au reste de l’hôtel et le petit-déjeuner aussi.

Nice Hotel in Mykonos
Stayed here for couples nights in September, great hotel and location just in from of the beach, beautiful view, closed to the centre, you can take a bus (1.80Eu) in from of the building this bus runs all day and every 30 min I believed, I would choose this place again if I ever go back to Mykonos., Also they have a nice buffet breakfast to would help you star your day, You won’t be disappointed, also they have a free shuttle to the airport or port, nice touch

loved this hotel
We loved this hotel. The staff was lovely and really treated us with special attention. The breakfast spread is so extensive that we immediately realized the value and savings with it. The location. Is awesome as there is a car rental place next door, and a bus line that runs on the same street of the hotel which takes you to Mykonos town right in the heart of the action.

Very welcoming staff that help you whenever possible. Allow you to text the hotel if you need anything which is super convenient such as choosing what breakfast you want delivered to your room. Would definitely stay here again, although next time would opt to get the room with the sea view over the garden, although the garden room is still very nice.

Like the sirens, stay away and don't get fooled
Lets start with the positive points: breakfast view, a guy in the reception named Anatolis that was super helpful, beach cross the street and free transfer to the airport. Negative points Rooms: they dont match the photos, they are really small and rustic. The sink is next to the bed, not in the bathroom and there was no telephone, to call the reception to complain about people in the next room hearing loud music at 3am. Facilities: the worst thing about this hotel is the fact that is located on a steep hill, and the way to reach the rooms is to "climb" a labyrinthic path with no illumination. Result, we got lost and tired trying to find our way to to our room that was located on the top of the hill everytime. Another point that I found shocking was the fact that the hotel charges 25€ per sunbed in the beach... Staff: The reception staff in the morning shift were very unfriendly, not helpful during check-in and have deplorable English skills. In summary, I would not recommend this hotel, specially for the price they charge you could do much better if you plan your trip to Mykonos with some time in advance.

Nära stranden. Hotellet ligger i flera hus uppför en lång backe, så inget för den som behöver hiss eller har problem att gå uppför. Snäll personal. Receptionen och restaurangen verkar nya och ör superfina, hotellrummen är gamla men lite tillfixade med färg. Billigt för att vara på Mykonos, så man ska inte ha för höga förväntningar. Bilderna är finare än verkligheten. Vi testade inte poolen eftersom stranden var så nära, poolen såg inte så lockande ut.

If you stay here make sure not to leave anything out. I bought 2 bracelets as gifts for my mom, and left them on a clean counter with about 5 receipts I was keeping. We came back to the room and the receipts and bracelets were gone. I believe the cleaners threw them out . Seems like they will throw anything out that is out. The bracelets were wrapped in cute Greece paper but they were small so I think that was the problem. Regardless I don’t think they should throw out what is clearly receipts and 2 gifts. The hotel did nothing for us. Asked me to- get this GO threw the old garbage that they keep for 2 days! Remember that on the islands you can’t flush toilet paper so used toilet paper is in the garbage. Like COME ON! We spend 300$ a night and they expected me to go threw old garbage. Pretty classless in my opinion. Nice hotel but buses only come every hour so it’s annoying to get to town although the ride is short it’s too far to walk.

Our housekeepers are trained professionals and extremely carefull and sdiscreet in handling guest's possesions. To eliminate the possibility of a housekeeper's mistake, we executed a thorough search through the bag from your room's waste bin - and not the toilets trash - but we found nothing. Its our housekeeping policy to keep the collected bags from the rooms for 1 day in order to adress such issues. The local buses and the time schedule is not the hotel's responsibility and in Mykonos there are plenty alternative choises of trasportation such as taxi, private transfers and motorbike or car rental. No me gustó el trato recibido en la piscina. El encargado/camarero pone su propia música - de su móvil- que es horrible en cuanto a sonido y selección. Le sugiero que la quite o que se ponga unos auriculares y me dice que es un apiscina. Le digo que no es SU piscina y discute conmigo!!!! Al día siguiente llega tarde y en lugar de darnos toallas o ir a buscarlas hace una videollamada a voz en grito. Mientras tanto una pareja de clientes jóvenes pone su propia música a través de un altavoz y no les dice nada. Por otro lado, la piscina está debajo de unos cables de alta tensión. Es legal?

Ótima localização e conforto moderado
Hotel bem localizado, bem próximo do porto novo de Mykonos. Muito fácil de se movimentar com os ônibus locais, pois existe um ponto de ônibus a poucos metros do hotel. A praia onde fica o estabelecimento é linda. Como o hotel fica em uma encosta, precisa-se subir uma infinidade de escadas para se chegar aos quartos, fica a sugestão de se instalar rampas para facilitar a necessidade de se transportar malas, inclusive no acesso principal ao hotel.

Beautiful island !
The hotel is located in Agios Stefanos about 20 minute bus ride to town of Mykonos. The bus stop is right outside the hotel and runs every hour before 5pm and then every 30minutes. Conveniently located near a quiet and beautiful sandy beach, a great mini market open late and a couple of great options to have lunch or dinner. There are plenty of beach umbrellas rental fee is between $10-15 euros or for free simply place a towel on the sand and enjoy a swim or sunbathe. Amazing food at Taverna Petran- local cuisine and friendly service. Room with sea view is perfect. Nicely decorated and modern. Rooms get pretty warm during the evening so keep the air on if you like it cool. Outdoor pool is quiet and enjoyable. Breakfast was good - but the view is better a - Beautiful view of the sea, cruise ships and sailboats! Overall a memorable stay!
