깔끔하고 아담, 예쁜 호텔
직원들도 친절하고 룸도 깨끗하고 넓다. 수영장 등 편의시설도 잘 되어있어 다음에 간다면 또 이용하고 싶음. 언덕 위에 있어 조용하고 뷰도 만족.

다시 가고싶은 최고의호텔
급작스럽게 예약한거라 큰 걱정을가지고 호텔로 향했습니다 차를 렌트했기 때문에 주변 번화가와 근접한 위치, 직원들도 엄청 친절하였고 방도 넓고 화장실도 두개였으며 조식도 엄청 좋았습니다 다음에 미코노스를 방문한다며 다시 예약할 생각입니다

미코노스타운에서 걸어서 15분 정도라 더운날은 좀 힘들었어요. 타운에서 가는 길이 워낙에 찻길이라 ATV랑 오토바이가 많이 다니거든요. Pool Bar나 식당이나 다른 시설은 매우 좋았는데, 전 제일 싼 객실이라 그런지 객실자체는 별로였어요. 객실을 제외한 모든 시설은 좋았다는 정도..ㅎ 스텝들이 정말 친절해서 좋았고요, 포함된 아침식사도 적당하게 좋았습니다.

The BEST hotel in Mykonos
I cannot stress enough how wonderful this place is, 10/10. This trip was my second time with my friends to Ostraco Suites and it was perfect. The staff are the MOST professional, friendly and warm I have ever met at a hotel. Special mention to Sofia for remembering us following our last trip, making us feel at home, no request too much to ask, genuinely kind and helpful. Tina on reception for her warmth in welcoming us back. Maria in the restaurant. Alfonso who did all our pick up and drop offs, waited at airports/ferries on time and with a smile - happy to help us with our luggage and was an utter professional in all respects. Management of Ostraco you should be beyond proud of the team you have. The room is spacious, clean, comfortable. Hot tub on the private outdoor space. The pool side is relaxing with wonderful bar and restaurant services. We spent our last day, after checking out relaxing and enjoying our last lunch. The shower facilities with products and fresh towels meant we could be fresh for our return fligh to the UK. The hotel is 10 mins walk into the town and is in a perfect location for that reason. Buses from the town taking you to all local beaches. Sofia, Tina, Maria, Alfonso and team - We will be back again to our Mykonos home. Thank you for making our trip wonderful

Amazing hotel & staff
We stayed at the Ostraco Suites for a family trip to Mykonos & it was perfect in every way. The rooms were lovely, comfortable & spacious and the kids loved the hot tub on the terrace area. Even though we travelled in peak season - there was always plenty of space around the pool so no fighting for sunbeds here, no matter what time of day. Breakfast served by the pool was a good selection of fresh local produce. The hotel is very chilled out whilst only a 15min walk from the old town. One of the best things about this property is the staff and the service! Every member of the team we came across were super friendly and helpful - they made our stay a 5* experience. We were sad to leave but will definitely return!

Très bel hôtel à l'extérieur du centre ville de Mykonos qui reste accessible à pied en 10 minutes Nous avions réservé une suite avec vue mer et jacuzzi.De très bons moments et possibilité d'assister au coucher de soleil du jacuzzi Accueil et prestations qualitatives. Si vous souhaitez des renseignements sur les balades ou excursions n'hesitez pas à leur demander conseil. Ils vous aideront à réserver Chambre confortable et literie excellente. Le petit déjeuner est très complet et qualittaif. Nous avons dîner plusieurs fois à l'hôtel et tout était parfait

Our stay was fantastic! Staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. Property was so cute. They have a chapel up top and the pool area is great. our suite was decorated so nice, clean and spacious. Not in town, but walking distance to the busier area. i would stay there again

Property was certainly adequate for our stay, but the vibe was definitely different than what I expected from the photography and it was very overpriced. I can't get over the fact that they charged more for a drink than I paid at Scorpios - just wildly bizarre pricing. Our initial room (superior sea view) was a huge disappointment. It was small and laid out weird, with the bathroom sinks in the main room next to our bed, the tv against a wall that you couldn't actually view from the bed, and a loud, busy road right outside the door. Luckily, when we complained, we were upgraded to a very nice deluxe room with a jacuzzi and a much better view. I'd be very careful in the room type you book. i had to ask to have my VIP Access discount removed from my bill and the math was incorrect. Even after I pointed this out and it was adjusted, I was still overcharged by quite a bit - I just didn't care enough to keep arguing about it. The best thing about the hotel is the staff - they are wonderful and really care about their jobs and the guests - they made the stay for us.

Very nice and excellent location - to repeat!
The amenities are very good, the breakfast excellent. The rooms are big and well kep. The location is unbeatable. But what makes Ostraco the best is the friendliness and efficiency of the staff, particularly those are the bar/restaurant/pool. The only weak point is the excessive prices of the minibar items and some of the bar expenses. This is my 5th time at Ostraco and I will come back.

The location is up a hill above the old town. It is a hike up, however its a beautiful property and very friendly staff. We ended up with hot tub on our balcony and got some beers from the local gas station, and watched the sunset from the hot tub. The property had a small parking lot. Even though we had to hike up the hill from dinner, it was safe.

Fantastic stay at beautiful hotel
Great stay at this wonderful hotel! Everything was excellent from start to finish. Room was great, with heated jacuzzi on the balcony, which we made full use of. Excellent for some of the slightly windier evenings in Mykonos. Breakfast was made to order and a lovely welcome drink by the pool bar. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful and gave some recommendations of different beaches to visit. The cleaner came by in the morning to make sure the jacuzzi was clear of any leaves/insects that may have blown in during the night. Free on-site parking for any vehicles. Would love to stay again. Highly recommend!

Loved it!
From the minute we were picked up from the airport as arranged We could not fault the staff’s service and attention to detail. The Hotel was spotlessly clean and very modern. Breakfast which was included in the price was delicious and amazing, so much choice. All staff very attentive and friendly, they couldn’t do enough for us. We walked into the Center of Mykonos from the hotel, only took 10 minutes. We will definitely be back.

Siamo ritornati all'Ostraco, dove eravamo stati 3 anni fa proprio perché ci eravamo trovati benissimo e non volevamo rischiare andando in altri posti. Le camere sono bellissime, tutta la struttura (diffusa) è di design, confortevole. La zona piscina/risto0rante bar è molto intima: sembra di essere in una villa di amici. La gentilezza del personale è indescrivibile. Al ristorante si mangia benissimo. Esperienza da ripetere!

What a spectacular establishment. The staff are immensely friendly and helpful, from the front desk staff Spiro, Sophie to the kitchen / bar staff Despina, Alex (best cocktails we had in Mykonos) and Nektaria! Best stay in our 3 week trip
Ostraco was the highlight of our 3 week greek holidays. The whole staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and relaxed during our holiday! We felt at home! After our 4 night stay we wanted to stay until the end of our trip! My highlights were: - The a la carte breakfast! Delicious! We tried everything! - The restaurant: Not only the breakfast is amazing but try the lunch/dinner dishes as well! - The bar: Alex makes amazing cocktails which you can consume during sunset (TIP!) - Small bodyweight workout area: Finally an area for some functional movement instead of boring cardio machines and dumbells. There are yoga mats, TRX's and Kettlebells among other things. - The room: The beds in the room were super comfortable and we loved the rain shower - Pool sunbeds lounge area: Spacious and comfortable with some nice music! - The Location: Walking distance from Mykonos Town (1KM) - And last but not least the whole staff: Thank you for making our stay amazing! Superbe
La suite était superbe avec deux douches dont une qui fait office d’hammam. Terrasse avec jacuzzi avec vue sur mer. Chouette petit déjeuner à la carte et le personnel est aux petits soins! Pas loin du centre, une dizaine de minutes à pied (avoir la fonction lampe torche sur son téléphone est indispensable). En somme des vacances merveilleuses
