Staff was super friendly and attentive. We flew in early and they allowed us to check in at 12pm. Walking distance to the beach which is a really nice spot. You do need a car to get to downtown but it’s worth it when you are in a quiet area. The gym has free weights, treadmill, and smith machine but very small so just go early. Overall we loved the stay.

It was a disappointment for the hotel rating. Now we had just come from a similarly rated hotel in Santorini and it pales in comparison. Had we just arrived at this hotel maybe we would feel different.

Trully a 5 star all is perfect, staff, facilities, the food , increidible breakfast, i went to another similar rated hotel in santorini and was not good so the Paladium was simply the best

While I had a rough start to my stay (room wasn’t cleaned to my expectations, took a couple of hours to resolve), I enjoyed my time at the Palladium. The staff prides themselves on excellent service and any accolades they receive in that area are well-deserved. Everyone was courteous and so helpful, especially Dimitris, Sindri, Thanos, and Panos. The hotel is centrally located between two nice beaches. There are a few transport options to Mykonos Town. Breakfast was great. The pool is lovely. Lunch and dinner options on the property were enjoyable. Overall, a great stay.

This was a great experience staying at Palladium. Late in the season which allowed for a 15 minute drive into town. Great service at all levels.

This is the most amazing place our family has stayed at. The customer service was beyond exceptional. We stayed there for 3 nights with 2 kids and they made us feel so welcome! The port transfer was so easy and it was so convenient to get into Mykonos town. It was also walking distance to the beach area, but a shuttle was available if needed. We just loved the view and wanted to walk a little! We would definitely stay there in the future! The staff was absolutely the best!

Perfect stay, can't be any better!
The room is absolutely stunning, every single item is artistically chosen. Service from the staff is the best in Europe for us, beating all those 5 stars hotels and even our Eur2000 stay at Amanzoe. Thank you Thanos the manager for the great services. Also an excellent breakfast and a good pool, simply can't think of anything to complain!

Es un hotel Hermoso! Adicional a que todo el personal tiene una atención extraordinaria en todo momento y cuidan todos los detalles, nos dieron un upgrade así que disfrutamos mucho más en una habitación divina con alberca, el desayuno es saludable y delicioso muy variado y natural! Perfecto para todos los gustos, deseamos volver pronto a Mykonos y sin duda nos hospedaremos en este mismo hotel.

The hotel is beautiful and new with every detail accounted for. The rooms are large and very comfortable. The staff are amazing and welcoming and give great walkable tips on dining and beaches. The breakfast is the best we have had in all of Greece. They have an airport shuttle which is a plus. This hotel is so wonderful in every way and we would surely stay here again. It is a 10 hotel in my opinion in every way.

We would highly recommend the Palladium Hotel in Mykonos. The location is convenient and within 10-15 minutes away from the most popular tourist spots. The customer service is exceptional and Thanos was great!

I had a lovely stay with palladium. It is so clean and the decor is very thought through. Most importantly the staff are so welcoming and kind. Apart from the hotel being beautiful the staff contributed to a wonderful stay in Mykonos. I would recommend you to stay here. At some point in the future I will be returning.

Wonderful hotel with excellent staff and location. My room was nicely appointed and exactly as pictured on the hotel's website. The hotel also had a great breakfast spread/service. Thanos and his team made our stay extremely pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay again in future!

Great Boutique Hotel in Mykonos.
My husband and I spent 4 nights at the Palladium hotel. We found the service to be exceptional and the location to be perfect. It’s located a 7 minute drive from town. You can also walk to Platis Gialos beach. There is a bus stop right outside, but the hotel will also take you wherever you want to go on the island. We like to be close to the action but not in the thick of it and this hotel’s location provided exactly that.

The staff were extremely nice, friendly and courteous. They assisted us with everything from transportation to food recommendation and Island activities. They provided complimentary shuttles to and from certain locations and was always concerned about our well being. They were very friendly and informative.

This was hands-down the best hotel experience I have had in my life. Every single member of this staff bends over backwards to help you in any way shape or form. We were lucky to spend 5 days here this August and will likely return annually specifically to visit this property. The location is unbeatable. The service is exceptional. Every inch of the property is designed with incredible taste and attention to detail. Our concierge, Thanos, as well as many other hotel staff members truly made us feel at home. This hotel redefines 5 star service

Amazing stay at Palladium. Clean resort, friendly and helpful staff. Very relaxing pool area with poolside service. Spiros was an incredible bar tender and made time at the pool enjoyable, he went above and beyond. Georgia at front desk helped us rent a car which was helpful as there are limited taxis available. Complementary transfer to airport greatly appreciated. Gym in hotel. Breakfast buffet was great which large variety including omelet and crepe station. Drove to super paradise beach which was amazing and rented chairs and umbrellas at Paraj (expensive but amazing service). Would highly recommend this hotel. Only negative was no sea views as located on the other side of the street.

Amazing resort!!
It was an amazing four day stay at the Palladium Resort in Mykonos!! We highly recommend this resort- it’s beautiful, relaxing, food and drinks are outstanding but it’s the service from the whole team that is super amazing!! Ten stars! Will be back.

The property itself is fine, but management is understaffed and the customer service is lacking compared to other five stars. Example 1: Lack of clarity regarding when the room would be ready. When we arrived, we were consistently told the same message: our room would be ready shortly and that the check-in policy is 2:00 PM. While we understand that a check-in policy is a policy, telling us the room would be ready shortly implied to us that it would be ready before 2:00 PM (we got our room 3 minutes to 2:00 PM despite first arriving at the hotel at 11:00 AM). This delay was likely due to the lack of cleaning staff, but this could have been easier handled had the hotel just told us this and said check-in wouldn't be possible until 2 PM (so we weren't waiting and could go enjoy our day). I imagine the hotel’s response here will be the policy is clearly stated, which it is, but that ignores the representations made that the room would be ready shortly. Example 2: Shuttle to the airport. The pick up was great. But the departure took a long time and we were crammed in with guests from other hotels. For a five star hotel, at the prices we were paying we expected better than to barely make our flight because our hotel picked a cheap shuttle. Example 3: Service is not five star from an international perspective. It may be five stars for Greece, but don't expect the level of service you would receive at a five star at most international destinations.

Every staff went above & beyond with the exception of one staff member, for me personally it didn’t seem as if she wanted to bother with me & my questions and concerns when I was trying to book excursions (I don’t know her name) besides her the staff there were amazing everyone was so friendly & accommodating. Thanos always went above & beyond to assist me.
