We apologize for the pools not being as warm as you would have liked. The weather was on the cool side as of late and could have had an impact on the temperatures.

We are sorry you didn't enjoy the 4 night stay at our hotel. There is limited parking under the Tower building but plenty of parking just across the small boulevard we are located on. It is a very quiet street with light traffic. We are also shocked to hear you did not enjoy the breakfast. We have so many great items on it like scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage or ham, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, Waffles, muffins, toast, juice, yogurt, and coffee! WOW- We are so HUNGRY NOW!
