Charles as stated when you checked in no pets are allowed on the first floor, that is the only place we have a kitchen. on the Expedia site it asks guest with pets to contact the hotel, you were also sent an email at time of booking stating what the pet policy is . Like at any other job our employees must follow the rules.

Mr. Dale, I have reviewed your check in via our security cameras. The front desk greeted you in a friendly manner and when she asked for your driver's license as well as your wife's (this site tells you it is required at check in) you began to use foul language. We appreciate all our guest but are not required to tolerate rude behavior when guest don't want to follow our policy's.

All our rooms do come with hair dryers if you find that its missing front desk will be happy to give you one, as for irons they are available on request. No, we do not have rugs we have nice new tile and laminate flooring. As for pictures on the walls sometimes less is more kitschy motel pictures on the walls do not create the atmosphere of a clean oceanfront room.

Elias as you know from your 1st visit, we do not charge for service animals. We also let you know the next morning when we refunded your credit card that the young lady was new, and we would go back over the ADA guide lines with her. If the truth was told for a front desk person, it can be difficult we have to be able to know who has a legitimate service animal and who has an emotional support animal that is not covered by the ADA. At the end of the day, it was an honest mistake that we took care of by the next morning. We are disappointed that you would choose not to return for this reason

Robert I'm pleased you enjoyed the view and that you room was nice and clean. It is important to us that all our guest enjoy their stay with us. That is why you room was upgraded at no charge when we discovered that you were not able to walk up the stairs. As for alerting you to the issue we were having with the reservation, we did not won't you walking into the office unaware of what was going on. We were pleased we got it taken care of before you arrived. As for the young lady giving you the wrong key we do apologize, however it was only her 2nd day working on her own and she made a mistake and then quickly corrected it. At the end of the day I'm sure even you have made a mistake or even two learning a new job.
