The front desk lady was rude came out of the back after ringing a bell 5 times and with an attitude prior to going I called and asked if the pool was open she said yes ok when I get there the place was freezing cold the water was crazy cold and I asked the lady what was going on she said idk is on with an attitude well we waited to see if maybe the water temperature will change and nothing I went back and looked at reviews and just like me complaining about the pool so clearly they knew something wasn’t right.

The trip started with rolling up to welcomimg cardboarded windows and less than pleasant staff. Once we go to the room via the tower of terror elevator we found our room was either not cleaned or occupied based on belongings left there. Our sleep was accompanied by the wonderful ambionce of screaming neighbors and other guests attempting to gain entrance into our room. In 1.5 hours (between 12:30 and 2 am), there were 4 people who were trying the key card and rattling the door, including the undomicialed and the previous renter who was fully intending on sleeping in the room he was also paying for. Once we left the room, passing under the water stains and mold, we traveled the tower of terror again to our vehicle. Staff have not corrected the issue since a manager is not onsite nor attentive to dumpster fire of a hotel they run. I will never stay at this hotel again; I would rather participate in the hunger games mixed with survivor, since this hotel is a worldstar version of such.

What a nightmare. It was super loud but the worst part... later in the late night, there was something bad going on in the room right next to me. There was crying, kids screaming, a man repeatedly saying "slit your wrists". Repeatedly. A woman yelling to a man not to hit her kids. Her telling her kids to look themselves in the bathroom, and much more. It was terrifying. I called the front desk 4 times, the last time saying if they didn't check to see if the woman/kids were ok, I'd call the police. I failed. I should've called the police. I was so afraid. I would've left and slept in my car with my son but I was truly afraid. I was afraid for the lady, her kids, and I was terrified that the guy would know I had reported him. I will never ever forget this. I pray they are ok.

As we walked in in the lobby there was a smell of smoking, elevators seem usnsafe to use, on my floor one of the buttons for the elevators was covered by duck tape, we used the stairs. The door in our room seemed not to shut properly, on our second night there was a huge argument in the hallway after midnight which did not allow me to sleep well as I felt unsafe. I do not recall staying at a hotel like this ever.

The pool was cold not heated like they stated, the pool room was freezing the heat didn’t work in there, the room wasn’t very clean, the hallways smelled like cigarettes although it was supposed to be smoke free, & then I went to give my children a bath & the water in the bathroom was barely luke warm. Very disappointed the clerk was rude when I tried to explain. Pretty had no care in the world.

Overall pretty bad. It was cheap for a reason. Elevators weren’t working. Vending machines empty. In our king room I went to use the bathroom and had to crouch down to use the sink and mirror because they were at such a short height and I’m 5”5’. The temperature control in the room was wack. Either freezing or boiling hot no in between.

The heater in our room 228 didnt work. It only blew cold air. Turning it off didnt warm it up any. Sleeping was extremely cold. Other than that, it was our normal good stay. This was our 4th time at your hotel.

Not worth the savings
The beds are so hard there was no way we could sleep. One of the beds appeared to be softer but it wasn't. the pillows were as soft as the beds were hard. the breakfast was cold but the service person was very nice and helpful.

The elevator was out of service. The pool was closed and the door was held shut by a bungi cord. The property was very run down and in need of updating and and in need of major repairs.

We stay here whenever we visit our Navy family. It’s close, convenient and the limited staff are wonderful. We especially like the restaurant staff. Greg is so personable, definitely a huge asset. He’s been our bartender/ server for 15 years now. Unfortunately, the hotel has become a bit run down. While we were there, the pool was closed for repair and the hot tub has been down since it was sold. Greg tells us that the new owners are making big plans for a major renovation. I’m hoping a bit of tlc can help make it shine. We’re gonna stay there, no matter what, as it’s in walking distance to our family and they’re just so darn nice.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The building needs some TLC. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that a hot breakfast was included, too. I would stay here again.

Walls are literally peeling. Heard someone overdose 2 doors down from me. Front desk lady was EXTREMELY rude. Room service kept forgetting towels and blankets and took hours to get them. Junkies all over. Strip club full of junkies across the street. No breakfast included.

No heat in our room when outside temp was in the 30’s. Only A/C. Why place someone in a room without heat? A member of ghe staff did bring us blankets and then later another found. Space heater. The toilet seat was not attached. There was a light burned out in bathroom. No heat lamp in bathroom, the dial just spins around. Every time I went to the front desk, no one was around. I hit the bell to call someone but still no one was there. No,luggage cart when we were ready to leave. A clerk finally found one but it took going to several floors.
