Pool and on site bar were closed for renovations. Room clean but dated. Bathroom walls could use some TLC. But room was very clean fresh laundered linens on the bed smelled like a summer evening lying in crisp line dried sheets. Bed was very comfortable and shower had plenty of hot water. Would stay again if needed a place.

After advertising a pool, there was no water in either the pool or hot tub. Also, my husband left a cross necklace in his room, that was given to him on our wedding day. It was never "found" when he checked out and called immediately. I spoke with the Choice hotel manager, housekeeping manager, and Choice customer service to no avail. One other thing is that you need to recharge your room key every day, inconvenient and extremely dissapointed.

Hotel was very ran down and smelt very bad in all area's. Broken elevator. Paint messing in rooms. Looks like water damage at some point and probably has mold somewhere. Guy at desk was polite and nice. Most other staff was very rude and couldnt understand english when i tried to ask questions. For $560 for 2 rooms for one night will not recommend or stay again. Its worth a $60 night

Was a value option for a stay after a night at nearby Mohegan Sun Casino. Check in was quick and easy. Parking was great upon arrival, but struggled to find a spot when returning for the night. Bed was comfortable and room was clean, however the heat/ac unit in the wall wouldnt turn off, and although the room was ok, the entirety of the hallways and elevator reeked of weed (in a non smoking hotel). Despite those issues, its definitely a great value and comfortable stay in the areas of the casinos. It was a 10 minute drive on back roads to reach Mohegan Sun. We would stay here again

Requested refund- fire alarm system is buzzing in everyone room, hallway and common areas. Front desk gentleman was great. He let us try out different rooms and each room had loud buzzing noise. He gave us the Expedia phone number to help us. Expedia representative said we would be receiving a full refund.

In need of repair
I stayed here three months earlier, and at that time in October, they are fire alarm system was making a constant 24 hour noise from the siren that is installed in every unit. You could even hear it in the hallways and you could also hear it at the reception. Back then they said they had a crew working on it. Here we are three months later same noise nothing was done. This time around my TV wasn’t working either. I called immediately and was told that that had to do with the flood however, in the reception the TV was working as well as in other rooms. Nobody bothered to even come and check that out. This could be a decent property if the owners were on top of it a little bit more. I stay there for convenience, but would not recommend us to somebody that spends more than half an hour in the room other than sleeping

Hotel was closed due to a flood a month ago and we were never notified that we had no where to stay for the night. The employee that was there was nice but we should’ve been notified to be able to book somewhere else

I had stayed at this property 2 times in the last 3 years and totally enjoyed my stays. However, this time, this property was flooded during a severe storm on Dec. 18,2023 and was closed indefinitely. I requested a refund through Expedia and also directly to the property, but a refund was refused for whatever reason, forcing me to go to my credit card company to get my money back. It is unfortunate that the management of this property will not do the right thing. Hence, I will not be staying there again after they reopen.

When we got to the room there was a definite smell of marijuana in the room. We told staff about that. The fan switch for the bathroom fan was broken as well. The room and property were average, but very clean. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was flavorless eggs and what seemed like boiled sausage patties. Overall an ok basic hotel.
