Worn , cheep linens, long wait time to check in and no towels in room… had to ask desk.. room heat fan difficult to control. No one sat us for breakfast.. had to ask front desk to get someone then left due to no service nor even menus given after sat ourselves to table and waiting for a while. Ended up cancelling 2nd day due to unsatisfactory service& conditions..Front desk clerk Claire said to give Expedia her name for refund processing
