1 towel, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth for 2 people in a king room, which the deadbolt lock was almost hanging off! Rugs had burn holes, elevator was extremely scary, with snapping and loud grinding noises and shook! This place needs to be condemned!!! Seriously!! Worst stay ever!!!!

Unfortunately, the first day I arrived the police where onsite trying to get someone out of a room that had a warrant, the persons that stay at the property are people that have made this place their home. Not for people who are visiting for the weekend or a few days. Elevator smelled like weed. Drug addict female by entrance, patrons smoking in the entry door

This has to be the dirtiest hotel i have ever seen, and i have stayed a third world country before. The carpets are full of bodily fluid stains and everything is fally apart since you come into the place

I was given a room that was not cleaned out, and they did apologize for it. The hotel really does need some major work and a severe deep clean especially if they are doning the Wyndham name

I checked in and check out 5 minutes later. Could not stand the smell. Expedia should vet hotels before selling stays in such places. I will never again book a hotel through Expedia. I just couldn’t allow my children to even see the room. I left and lost my money. But it was worth losing my money than staying 10 minutes in that stinking place.

The bedding had stains and burn holes bathroom facilities were in disrepair. The area is questionable with a kot of late night foot traffic. Didnt feel safe with them loitering around the propert late at night.

Interesting to say the least
Arrived to check in to find 4 police cruisers there. Entire building smells like a mix of cigarettes and weed. Was told elevator was broken and had to walk to 4th floor. Room had graffiti on side of the desk, mild mold growth in the bathrooms and a broken TV stand. Beds were more like cots, very uncomfortable. Loud screams continued most of the night from other rooms. Hallways and room smelled quite bad.

Overall my stay was good. Room was clean and staff was friendly. Free breakfast was included but not much was offered. 1st floor had an overwhelming smell of weed but the 3rd floor where I stayed was good.

Listed as non-smoking property, was obviously not the case, from the second you walk in the front lobby you're hit with and overwhelming smell of weed smoke, it permeates through the entire first and second floor. Cigarette smoke was also present throughout most floors, elevator is also broken, and has been for quite some time. This should be mentioned when booking. The rooms are falling apart, matteress was pretty horrible as well.

Staff was excellent,,,but rooms were terrible, sheets had burn holes ,, floor was not vacuumed, bathroom were not fully cleaned properly,, elevator was not working and no microwave in any room when I reserved a room online the room that I reserved was nothing like what I ordered,,they suck plus the rooms had a moldy damp smell,,
