Dear Sir, Thank you very much for your feedback regarding your stay in our guesthouse. We would like to inform you that we are constantly striving to improve our guest experience. In this process, we do encounter guests from different countries and different languages who sometimes cannot articulate and understand english properly. We can explicitly explain why the guest rated 1 star. The guests were taiwanese who can't understand english clearly. They ordered tomato soup along with barbeque chicken when they were in the campfire area and saw the cook preparing bbq chicken. They asked me the price and i told them not only the cost but also what's included and what's not. I told them it includes bbq chicken, fried rice, french fries and grilled veggies. They had their barbeque and then everything was fine. The next day when it was the time for the payment, the guests thought that the bbq chicken set also includes tomato soup which i had not mentioned to them at all. It was a bit pity that the last impression was not that coordial as we had told them earlier that the bbq set combo n price. So, it left a bad impression on the guest due to the language barrier. We are in the business of hospitality for last 30 years and we know how to treat our guests and do warm and welcoming service. However this kind of misunderstanding happens once in a bluemoon and analysing all the operation, we do feel strongly with conviction the management side has not any loophole in this regard. So, this kind of review does not give good motivation to us as we are a simple guest house with friendly management who try our level best to provide warm n welcoming hospitality. We will continously strive to upgrade our guest experience in future days and we will try our best to avoid this kind of misunderstandings.
