窓閉まりません。トイレ流れ悪い。夜は向かいの店がギャンギャン騒音鳴らす。アメニティは液体石鹸のみ、ドライヤーなし。蚊帳破れてる。ドアの閉まり悪い。クローゼットは鍵を持ってくれば閉まる。 スタッフは親切。2階のレストランは夜やる事ない時にめちゃくちゃ助かる。セキュリティはなんかいいと思う。

文句を言うたらキリがない。
トイレ流れ悪い。部屋狭い。カギボロボロで時々開かない。掃除スタッフ男愛嬌あり、女スタッフ無愛想。 2階のレストランマジうま。スタッフはご陽気で親切。立地最高、夜やばい奴出現。セキュリティはそこそこしっかりしてる。部屋のスリッパ、アメニティはない。ハンドソープかボディソープ兼用みたいですものはある。

バックパッカー旅行で2泊利用しました。 部屋の綺麗さはそこそこで、金額から考えると妥当かと思います。 ただ、私が宿泊した部屋だけ何故かドアの上のガラス窓が外れていて、通路の音がダダ漏れでした。蚊帳はしっかりしていたので、蚊の問題は大丈夫でしたが…。 立地は非常に良いと思います。入口を出て左にある建物がショッピングセンターになっており、すぐにアクセスできます。 また、レストランやJAVA(ケニアのコーヒーチェーン)も同じ通りにあり、非常に便利でした。 また、スタッフの方々が非常に親切にしてくれるので、そこは助かりました。 困ったことがあったときは、親身に相談に乗ってくれたり、かなり柔軟に対応いただけました。 2階がレストランになっており、ここが観光客には有名なレストランらしく、安くて美味しいです。 私が到着したとき、ナイロビがデモで荒れている日でしたが、このレストランがあって助かりました。 タンザニア行きのシャトルバス乗り場からも近く、バックパッカーしたいけど、ダウンタウンの日本人宿にはちょっと怖くて泊まれない、という人には、少し宿泊費が高いですが、いいかもしれません。 ダウンタウンとはモワアベニューを挟んで安心な側なので治安の不安は少なかったです。 ホテル自体もセキュリティにはかなり注力しているようでした。 設備を考えると、少し高めですが、立地とセキュリティを考慮すると、妥当かなと感じました。 私が宿泊したときは、このエリアではもっと安かったです。(2023年3月時点)

Excellent Stay...
Excellent Staff! Very Friendly and Helpful. Mr. Ambrose, with Security was especially helpful. I arrived around 1am. He greeted me at my car. Grabbed my Bags, waited until I finished my check in process, then carried my bags to my room.

Nature theme of wooden floors and craft furniture. The shower was rather tight spaced though, a picky person may not be too comfortble

Was a bit lacking in modern conveniences. Also extension of stay was claimed and charged at a higher rate - for not equivalent amenities for the price as compared with other accommodation.

ナイロビでのトランジットが夜遅かったため、その間の滞在に利用しました。快適とは言えませんが、治安の悪いナイロビ中心部でセキュリティがしっかりしていたので安心して過ごすことはできました。スタッフの方々の感じも良かったです。

I stayed at this hotel prior and after a Safari tour. The location is great, near many cafes and Nairobi craft market. Very centric. It has security staff at the entrance and all doors and access to the rooms and corridors have secured doors. The rooms are not soundproof though and you can hear voices of people talking and the very loud music from the restaurant nearby, on Thursday the music lasted until midnight and on Friday it went on until 3am. Asked front desk for a room change in the evening of Friday once the music started again and he refused to do so claiming that it was because I have already used the room during the day. There were also small roaches in the room (bathroom and over the table).

Ikke spesielt komfortabelt. En del kluss med nøkkel. Problematisk å åpne døren min. Ved en anledning ble jeg gitt feil nøkkel som de påstod var riktig nøkkel. Jeg ble også fortalt at det ikke var problematisk å komme inn på hotellet når jeg la igjen nøkkelen i resepsjonen. Men da jeg kom tilbake kl 20.00, måtte jeg ha hjelp av en vaktmann utenfor for å få adkomst til resepsjonen. Han lurte på hvorfor jeg ikke hadde nøkkel... For øvrig var rommet kaldt og badet veldig trangt. Men det var varmt vann, og det var bra.

Booked though Wotif, the hotel staff have never heard of Wotif. We were due to start a safari the next day and the reception staff advised we should be at a different (sister) hotel so would not check us in, despite having correct paperwork. After some discussion they contacted their other hotel and proceeded to advise that other members of our group had already checked into the other hotel. Following several minutes arguing, our friends arrived. Timing could not have been better! Caught in a lie the reception staff decided a policy of ignoring us would be far easier, preferring to try serving other people. Only by sheer weight of numbers to physically block the desk could we get served. Took 45 minutes to get sorted and get our keys. TIA, people, This Is Africa! Rooms were no better than average, but breakfast food and staff were good and friendly. About the only good point. Don't book here unless you're desperate.

A good hotel for its budget price
This was a good budget hotel, very well located. The restaurant was nice and the breakfasts and meals good.Also staff were helpful, especially the doormen at the hotel entrance.

I had a two overnight and I enjoyed my stay everything was absolutely wonderful. The hotel location is in the heart of Nairobi therefore you can move to any direction you desire.

Hotel overbooked , changed to bad hotel
No room available when we arrived, we were redirected to another hotel far from city centre and very noisy. I spent 2h to find this hotel to be close from center. Totally disappointed !!

Friendly, comfortable, secure, clean and reliable
I have occasionally stayed at this hotel for about 10 years and keep coming back when in transit as it is affordable, centrally located and convenient. The staff are always efficient, helpful, friendly and courteous. The hotel is secure, and although most of the rooms are budget, they are clean, functional and comfortable, all en-suite (the bathrooms can be small). While the hotel is no 5-star establishment, it rates as an institution in Nairobi for the number of years its been around, and for the fact it's very well run. So if you want to keep your bills down, Kenya Comfort is a great low key place to stay.

セキリティ面は安心。従業員の対応がとても丁寧。一部、蚊帳に穴が空いている。冷蔵庫やエアコンはなし。 レストランの食事が安くて美味しいので、是非利用するといい。 設備面で不安があるが、宿泊代との兼ね合いを見ると妥当。ホテル近くにスーパーマーケットがあるので、利用しやすい。 アルーシャからナイロビまでのバス停も近いので、利用しやすい。

Best part of this hotel is the helpful staff
Hotel is convenient to shuttles to Tanzania. Staff is very helpful, security walked with our bags to shuttle. We were off on our time by one hour that made us late for checkout and breakfast, but staff very accommodating. The security is extensive. There are locked doors and security throughout. For the price and location, it is adequate. The best part of hotel is the helpful staff.

Brief stay
Stayed one night before safari and one night after. Lots of security and helpful staff. The restaurant and bar were also decent. Room basic and bathroom very small, but fine for short stays.

Helpful staff, great internet, yummy breakfast
Our family (kids 5 and 11) had an enjoyable 5 day stay at the Kenya Comfort Hotel. Our first room faced on the street and we changed it to another room on the opposite side and it was much quieter. The hot shower was wonderful, the internet was available and fast on every floor, the breakfast was substantial, and above all, the staff, even the front door guards, went out of the way to ensure that we, including our kids, had a wonderful stay. Thank you Kenya Comfort.
