I wish to clarify that the issue of leakage was an uncommon unforeseen instance that was immediately addressed by relocating you to a better room as we put the said room under maintenance because we could not do so when occupied. The receptionist tells me this was communicated and you were glad at the moment and even wrote a balloon for our housekeeping staff and even tipped them to say thank you for their good services which was a very kind gesture I must say. With regards to the missing items, our security officer downloaded the footage and put it on the phone. I emailed you on 27th October on the extranet and requested you to send me a Kenyan Telephone contact since your international line was not going though. I did not get a reply. We later called your wife since there were some items left at the reception that she was to pick and we hoped you could view the footage then. This is yet to happen. The footage is very clear right from exit from the Taxi to the room, that no one opened the bag and we are willing to send the same to you to verify or if around you can visit and view. It is very unfortunate that this inconvenience happened and we would love to make things right if you give us another chance.
