Overall was a great place to stay, only complaint was the window was open when we got to our room so it was chilly but that’s an easy fix. The man and woman at the check in area were great as well !

Great place to stay across the road from the beach. Parking would be a bit tricky with an extended cab long box truck if the parking lot is full.

All around good
All around good, very clean & tidy, great service. Just stayed 1 night and needed a Shower, bed, pillow & blankets and fair price. If I'm up this way again, I'd be happy to stay here. Below zero outside, room was warm Close enough to downtown.

Staff was extremely accommodating when we had a very late check-in due to travel problems. Room was spotlessly clean and room service was excellent. We will always stay there when visiting Qualicum Beach.

This property is extremely well looked after and as a result everything about the property is in very good condition. The flowers and plants about the property add a touch of elegance one associates with much higher end properties.my wife and I enjoyed our stay there immensely. The kitchenette and washroom facilities are in very good condition and well provisioned with plates, utensils etc.

Excellent value, really comfy beds, very clean facilities and really well kept-up inside and out. Creamer for the coffee is only available in the office and when we went to get some there was nobody there. Also, check-in was delayed as staff prioritized a phone-call over our arrival.

Furniture is a little dated, but the room has been spruced up. Very clean & quiet, with a fridge and coffee maker in the room. Staff are helpful and friendly. Hotel is located across the street from the beach; with beach access about a block away. There is also a very nice beach park a short distance away, and a great German restaurant next door.

Huge spider found in room. Hotel said it’s part of the nature, they can do nothing about it. Very bad service!

Room and property was exactly as described and it was most of all a relaxing motel to stay at.

One star removed because our kids caused an additional charge. Mostly my fault because on checking I had searched for just two adults. Still. Seems silly to charge extra for kids.

Across from the beach. Very friendly staff. Room was very warm. You can't open the front screen and leave the curtain open, as anyone can see into your room if they walk by.

We only stayed one night and had a wedding to go to before our check in time, they allowed us to check in early enough so we could get to the wedding on time. The room was clean, and the location is close to the beach and restaurants.

For a motel, we would rate this property 5 out of 5. While it might not look like it from the outside, at first glance, the property is very well maintained, and the rooms have been recently updated with modern furnishing, with fresh pain, flooring and carpet. The mattress was high-end and very comfortable. It was also spotlessly clean. The staff were wonderful, and do whatever they can to make your stay as pleasant as possible. There is a bit of street noise during the day, but it is quiet at night. This motel is within walking distance to some terrific restaurants, as well as the beach/ocean, and only a 5 minute drive into downtown Qualicum Beach. The back of this property also has a lovely elevated garden area with a nice seating area that has views of the ocean and mountains. We also enjoyed the higher-quality hand soap, shampoo, hair conditioner and body lotion. Wonderful stay. We will be back.

Modern updated rooms; despite the older look from the outside. The back garden area has comfortable seating with views of the ocean - nice surprise. Lovely staff. Very clean and well kept property. Lots of parking for guests.
