We are very sorry you are missing some of your belongings. Guest security at Aurora Park Cottages has never been in question and it is something we take very seriously. As the Innkeeper here since 2009, not once has there been any security issues. All cottages have a deadbolt lock and the Calistoga PD confirmed there was no forced entry. We do sincerely hope you are able to find your missing items.

This guest did not stay at Aurora Park Cottages! Reservation was booked through Expedia on March 25th for 1 guest. On the date of arrival March 27th guest called cottages to inform us there would be 2 guests and we confirmed approximate time of arrival and confirmed check in instructions. A few hours later the guest called to request a cancellation and I informed her of our 3 day cancellation policy and that was the end of our interaction. We held the cottage for this guest.
