Hotel was convenient to get in and out of, price was reasonable, staff was friendly, room was nice, really liked the Cal king bed. Will be back.

The first room we checked into had a bad odour so we were transferred to a different room this room smelled better but still did not smell clean. The bathroom in the second room was in terrible condition with two holes in the wall a loose toilet with rusty bolts and badly covered up dirty and cracking grout in the shower and a dirty shower head. The location was good but the quality of the rooms is severely lacking! If I can figure out how to post photos of the bathroom I will…..I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THE DOUBLE TREE!

The room was clean and spacious. The coffee maker kept leaving a lot of grounds in the coffee. It would have been nice to get new towels and sugar. The bathtub faucet was hard to turn off and on. The bathroom was clean, but there was a board on the ceiling that had a bunch of brown spots.

The carpet was old and dingy. The hallways smelled like weed. But the front desk was awesome. We checked out a day early due to a major storm and he arranged for a refund for the second night without me having to ask

The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and smelled fresh. Only problem was that the shower dripped and we could hear it all night. Was raining outside so that would drown out the drip sound sometimes

The room is spacious, bed is comfortable, tv is big and has lots of programs. The carpet is old and a bit icky. the hallway and staircase carpet is awful. The venting window outside my room in the hallway is super noisy. I asked for a room change, refused adamantly by the front desk.

it was a Napa gettaway, without being a Napa gettaway! We use it more like a 'gettaway from our kids. It is perfectly located between Napa and Vallejo!
