Great place to stay for a night or two. Cool location, close to center and bus shuttle to airport. Friendly staff. However, the elevator costs 10cts, which I had never seen before.

Really great spot! Only thing we wish is that there was some there earlier to check in with but we lucked out and the maid was there and allowed us to leave our luggage. Comfortable beds and safe area

Is the first time a needed to pay for the elevator every time go up and down was very inconvenient one day, nobody was around no money for the elevator, and I needed to take the stairs to go down and fin 10 to bring money to my husband to go down.

La posizione della struttura ricettiva è centrale e comoda; accoglienza del receptionist Isac davvero speciale. All'interno della camera nessun mobilio che mi permettesse di appoggiarvi momentaneamente il trolley (sedie, tavolini, mensole, reggivaligia, panca portavaligia), niente di tutto ciò; è presente, però, un rumorosissimo frigo bar. La Signora che risponde al telefono non è certamente accogliente e garbata. Infine, a mio modesto parere, non è pensabile che in una struttura ricettiva si scelga una "politica aziendale" che non consenta agli ospiti di arrivare oltre le 23,00!!! Spesso, ad essere notevolmente in ritardo, sono le compagnie aeree. Struttura che non consiglio. Napoli...tutta la vita.!!!!!

The worst hotel that I ever seen.
The worst hotel that I ever seen. 1. They r close until 15:00 (check in) - if u arrive before: u can’t leave baggage. 2. U need to pay 10 cent every time u use the elevator (to go up/down). 3. No shampoo/soap at shower. 4. No blanket!, only sheet. 5.noisy! U here the ppls from out side, and the guy from the reception- u here everything!!!

Dear. Mr Felix, We are open in the morning till 14 pm, usually the people go to lunch and IS ALSO WRITEN in the policy that THE RECEPTION IS OPEN FROM 15 PM. It's impossible that you were unable to deposityour luggage. For the elevator we give FREE the coins to use it. We wonder how you managed to sleep without blankets. Struttura,carina,e pulita ma un servizio deludente per i clienti a cui ha recato disagio dato che il personale non era in struttura al momento dell arrivo e i numeri indicati non rispondeva nessuno. Abbiamo dovuto aspettare quasi in ora davanti alla porta dell entrata prma che qualcuno si presentasse. Organizzazione scarsa.

Ci scusiamo per i disagi. Purtroppo per tutte le problematiche derivate dal Covid stiamo lavorando con il personale ridotto di circa la metà dato il calo delle prenotazione dell 80 %. Vi aspettiamo alla prossima per offrirvi sicuramente un servizio migliore

Majoitus on kerrostalon 9 kerroksessa. Hissi maksaa 10 senttiä (su ja myöhään maksuton), mutta majoitusliike antaa kolikoita. Check-in alkaa 14.00. Olin paikalla 13.30 ja en päässyt alaovesta sisään joten soitin ja englantia osaamaton siivooja päästi lopulta sisään. Odotin tunnin. Respan henkilökunta taas puhui hyvää englantia ja tilasi taksin kun lento lähti 6.00 aamulla. Mukava henkilökunta, siisti huone parvekkeella. Rauhallisella kadulla. Liikenteen äänet ei kuulu huoneeseen. Tulisin toistekin!

Situación ideal para visitar zona Castel Nuovo.
Al no ser un hotel convencional, sino que está situado en la novena planta de un edificio de viviendas y despachos, nos costó encontrarlo. Luca fue muy amable y educado. Lo único que no nos gustó es que nuestra habitación estaba situada en el recibidor, justo al lado de recepción. Aún así tuvimos suerte y los huéspedes fueron muy respetuosos en las entradas y salidas.

This room was very clean, updated, and modern in furnishings. Our room had a huge Jacuzzi tub and large bathroom. The bed was a firm bed, not sure if every room has this type of bed, it was still nice but it was firm. It was also very private and secure which was nice, it is on the 9th floor of a secured building, so make sure you schedule your check-in time. We reserved our room the morning we were staying there so we did not get to reserve a check in time right away, so we waited outside the hotel until 2 when someone was there, others should not experience this though as they will probably not be reserving it just hours before :) They brought clean towels and offered to clean the room every single day and we were very well taken care of. It is only minutes from 2 different metro stops and minutes from the ferry, there are many ferry options you can take to different spots, we went to Capri and it was extremely reasonable and easy!

Challenging to locate
It was hard to locate since you had to find building and pay to get on elevator and up to 9th floor. Staff was nice at check in and overall location was good Room was just cleaned and smelled like vinegar. Bed was very hard.

Naples treasure
Very helpful owners. Always making sure you are pleased with your stay. Offering tips on places to eat and things to see. They are very proud of their city and want the best experience for guests. Room was clean and roomie. English is not their first language but we were still able to understand each other. Location is acceptional. WiFi is hit or miss but that seems to be Italy. Would most definitely stay here again.

Not a hotel - but nice anyways
It is not a hotel. There is no sign. We had trouble finding it and the building looks like a dump. Once we overcame the flaws it was a nice room we stayed in with friendly staff.

There was no staff, nowhere to check in.
I arrived at the property to check in. couldn't find a front desk. there was an intercom outside the building, no one answered. a neighbor let me in. went upstairs, knocked on the door, and no one was there. i called the phone number, no one answered. So I wasn't able to check in. Called expedia and tried to get a refund, and they called the property and they denied my request.

we are very sorry, but as you can read on expedia, our reception is opened from 8am to 6pm. it is possible a late check-in until mid-night but not at 2am. we hope that next time everything will be ok.

Our stay here was great the room was beautiful and staff is wonderful only down side is that its a big building and hotel is located on the 9th floor and u have to pay the elevator 10cents to go up and down 10cents exact i put in 20cents cause i didnt have 10cent and that didnt work so we walked up to the 9th floor which was horrbile 😩 and u can only check in between certain hours because receptionist leaves at 6pm aside from that everything was great

Great Stay
We had one night in Naples before heading back home. The hotel was close the harbour not too far from the local shopping district. The hotel itself was beautifully presented, comfortable and the receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. The bathroom was small, though suitable for a night.

Lovely hotel in a lovely city
A wonderful boutique hotel located high up in what seems to be an office building. The lift up to the hotel, you have to pay for to use. I have never seen that before, but in the hotel reception, you get the cents needed for your trips with the lift. Inside, the hotel is everything I expected plus a little extra. I believe, I counted 6 rooms which means that the service you get is absolutely amazing. The receptionist was extremely friendly and smiling. We'd booked the room with massage tub and got a very precise examination on how the tub worked. We also had breakfast included which you had to order the day before and at the requested time the breakfast was put on a small tray table outside your room - I loved it! A tip: if you like chocolate, order the chocolate croissant. It is drowning in it! The location is also very good. A few hundred meters away, you have both the shopping street Toledo and the metro station Municipio. Everything is within walking distance and if you are tired and just want a coffee, beer or something light to eat, there is a café just outside the entrance. Overall an extremely successful visit. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Ps. The massage tub room is bit suitable for friends unless you want to see each other showering or going to the toilet. The toilet wall was a glass wall with film on it, but still very see-through.

Posizione splendida per scoprire la città. 2 min a piedi dal centro. Vicinanza Metro e Funicolare. Zona silenziosa e camera pulita e gradevole.

Nice hotel near the major sights
The small hotel is located on the 9th floor of a rather dodgy apartment building, where you'll have to pay to use the elevator. Checkin/out has limited hours which is not flexible if you arrive after 18 o'clock. The hotel was clean and minimalistic in its appearance. The room was very comfortable, but I would have appreciated coffee/tea and water included in the roomrate. The receptionist was very welcoming and friendly and wi-fi was superb.

Pessima gestione - sconsiglio vivamente
Ho prenotato qualche giorno fa, sono arrivato a Napoli alle ore 19:00, quindi fuori orario check in (previsto alle 18:00). Ho suonato e, come atteso, non ha risposto nessuno e quindi ho chiamato ai numeri di telefono all'ingresso (uno fisso e l'altro mobile). Entrambi erano staccati. Sono rimasto fuori senza rintracciare nessuno per un'ora e mezza (in parallelo ho mandato messaggi in segreteria, sms, email), pensavo fosse una truffa. Dopo le 20:30 si sono degnati di accendere il telefono o comunque di essere reperibili. Appena hanno risposto, ho spiegato l'accaduto, non ho ricevuto neanche "una scusa" anzi la prima frase che mi è stata detta è: se vuole che apriamo deve pagare 15 euro. Addirittura subito a seguire mi è arrivata una richiesta per iscritto dove il totale richiesto era lievitato a 20 euro...Ancora non mi è chiaro dove sta scritto che era dovuto questa esatta cifra, per di più pagata senza rilasciare neanche una ricevuta. Comunque sconsiglio vivamente per la pessima comunicazione, per la mancanza di rispetto verso il cliente e per il disagio provocato restando fuori (pieno di bagagli) senza riuscire a contattare nessuno. Consiglio vivamente i titolari di curare il rapporto con il cliente e non pensare solo ai soldi. Soluzione alternativa cambiare attività.
