Very dated facility, especially bathroom. Light around mirror did not work, very noisy exhaust fan, tub was very worn, Beds were ok.

I would never stay at one again, room smelled VERY musty, extremely outdated, nobody ever cleaned our room, we had to ask for fresh towels daily

Very outdated. My room on third floor smelled moldy and clammy. I would avoid this place at it has inherent problems built poorly . The breakfast was indeed good .

The coffee maker didn"t work, the bathroom sink drained very slowly (needed draino), and the mirror light in the bathroom blinked constantly. Pool filter needed backwashing..

I have used Expedia to book dozens of reservations over the years and the rate you changed us for this hotel is outrageous! I’ll never use your firm again! The rate printed out by the desk clerk was over $400 which is ridiculous for a property undergoing major renovations and a new roof!

The room had bugs crawling all over the place. Most of the staff spoke Spanish and pretended they didn't understand English. They were rude and rolled their eyes behind your back. Pancake machine didn't work, certain items were out of stock every day. Only whole milk after Tuesday and watery oatmeal. The faucet in the tub did not work properly and would not shut off. Would never stay there again!

First room smelled bad. Switched rooms and discovered that this one was full of mold in the bathroom and just in poor condition. The hotel needs a major overhaul and soon. My allergies acted up due to the unhealthy mold. Don't stay here. I took some pictures and will definitely write some more reviews. A shame it is a holiday inn.

This property is in need of a total remodel. Bathtub was old, stained, and wouldn’t hold water. The carpet was filthy. Had on wi fii the whole trip. Went down to check out why and there was one person demanding their money back, another with the same problem as I was. The ceiling in the lobby was leaking, the wallpaper was pealing off the walls. Not pleased with this hotel at all!!!!

First of pool was dirty and seems like half full so if I know upfront i wouldn't book this hotel. Being snowbird this is issue. Another issue I was told plumbing issues they had and lobby and breakfast area was messy. And rent a car companies booked our rental as an EV but charger was not working at the hotel. Also there are no working outlet outside. All outlets somehow disabled and we were out of charge middle of our trip. Other than that just the room for sleep.

Awful hotel and grossly understaffed. Construction on rooms every day, banging waking everyone up. Room never cleaned after three nights. Items requested never come to room. Wallpaper falling off. Smell of strong carpet adhesive everywhere. Bathroom in shabby condition as well as shower and tub. Door to hotel not able to close or lock in back. Expedia no help rectifying anything, in spite of contacting them twice. Do not go here.

Quality of rooms and overall hotel condition is not what i expected from Holiday Inn. Definitely not worth the money as its very average hotel and you would find better options for lower price. Elevator was old and noisy ( and just one elevator for so many rooms). The bathroom was old and caucking was coming off. Room air conditioner had no control for fan. Also odd thing is that there were construction workers everywhere talking loudly and playing loud songs). Definitely not going again with holiday inn.

We were assigned room 222. When we got there the room smelled like mold. The entire ceiling had areas of black and looked like it was wet. The picture in the bathroom had black mold growing inside the glass. My son has allergies and I knew we couldn’t stay in that room. I went to the desk and they moved us to a room on the 4th floor which was a little better but not much. Please get your rooms remodeled. Breakfast was good.

Day of my arrival they had just replaced all mattress in the hotel. Must say it was very comfortable. Clean hotel - needs some updating as things are dated This no reflection on the employees All the staff was very friendly

This is the first time I stayed in this hotels and there were roaches. Disappointing. Is a shame because this was out spot for vacations but we would not be coming back
