The pictures are deceiving. We paid just under $500 a night and got the street view - with 8 lanes of traffic. Property is nice but for the price, it is not worth it.

Our hotel stay was amazing! The only issue was the bed covers were feathers which caused a allergy irritation issue so if you’re not fond of feathers bring your own cover.

We experienced some weird noises in our room during the night. The bedding wasn’t that great either. No blanket or douvet. The food was not good (we ordered the steamed crab and the rib eye).

The Hyatt House has a beautiful view and is on the intercoastal. Our suite was spacious enough to comfortably sleep 4. It is located in a convenient area close to Naples Pier. They serve a hot breakfast every morning which gets your day started quickly. I usually stay with family while in Naples but the Hyatt House made our stay so pleasant that I would definitely return!

This hotel was in a great location and central to a lot of options for dining, shopping, and boating. The only drawback was our room was small, the shower didnt drain well, and there were no complimentary bath supplies. One bar of soap to use at the sink and the shower in inconvenient. Not everyone uses liquid shower gels. Front desk staff were either not familiar with searching reservations via third party providers or they just didnt want to. I had to pull up the confirmation information as apparently my contact info nor name could be used.

I was so impressed with the Hyatt House Naples/5th Avenue. It was clean and luxurious. After a long day of travel, I decided to eat dinner at the hotel. My red snapper was delicious! The pool was delightful. It was easy to park at the hotel, as well. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Outside property was beautiful Inside needs a facelift especially down the halls where rooms are located. It was a stretch calling my room a river view.

We were right behind the Naples Airport. Planes flew literally over our head every 5-10 minutes while we were trying to relax by the pool.

Excellent location convenient for walking to Naples downtown and surroundings. I walked everywhere and did not need a car. On the down side, the rooms while spacious are dark and dingy. They really need renovation. The beds need replacing. As a result I really only used the room for night time sleeping. The rooms are not inviting nor attractive. The shower while again spacious is v dark brown. Lighting poor so difficult to see w any detail. The living accommodations need updating. The reception area and bar are fine.

Absolutely gorgeous property. Everything was perfect. The morning breakfast is top notch. The views from the pool are very serene. The property itself is very clean. The studio king felt like our own private apartment which also had an incredible view. Couldn't have asked for anything more.
