Stayed at Marco island for one night only and everything was great and very clean. Nice attendance at the front desk. The AC unit was a bit loud in the room and even perfect spring weather would have been inviting to leave balcony sliders open ( balcony is fully screened in ) but the frogs at the pond where in their prime activity at night . Beautiful pond view though. The pull out couch could have been updated with a bit more comfy mattress. Otherwise we had a great stay.

This Inn needs a fairly major overhaul. Especially outside. The pictures you see online are not what you will see when you get there. Now our room had been recently renovated which was great but when in Florida you want great amenities too such as the pool area and the area around the property. It’s in a strange area, right in the middle of a not so great residential area at least on one side. Had it not been spring break week and the fact we had already carried all of our stuff upstairs. There is no elevator. I would have asked for our money back and went elsewhere.

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to let you know that this area is indeed somewhat residential, and you also have the ability to do research on the hotel prior to booking. We have never had a problem here either. We recently purchased this property and have been making improvements since. Our website also states there is no elevator.

The room was lovely and up-to-date. The desk clerks were very helpful.The neighborhood was dark with few people around (parking lot was rather empty), making me feel unsafe. There was no employee at the desk during the night, and no phone in the room to call for assistance, also unsafe. The swimming pool area (no one there) and balcony are in need of painting and updating. For the $450 I paid for one night, this was a disappointing selection and one I will not repeat.

Thank you for your feedback it is greatly appreciated. Our parking lot is much bigger than needed so it does look empty a lot but we had a full house when you stayed. You were provided an after hours call number if you needed any assistance as well, most people have cell phones so we see no need in having phones in our rooms. We have been doing some remodeling and painting and continue to do so. Thank you again for your feedback and suggestions, they do not go unnoticed.

Room was clean but smelled. Drawers off the track. Walls very thin, heard the guy in the next room snoring. The outside overall was run down. Definitely not worth what we paid!

This is a great spot. Affordable and clean with obvious recent upgrades. We were on the second floor with a lanai overlooking the lake. Lots of bird activity and just delightful! Kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of seating. Close to shops and grocery. Residential neighborhood. I’d go again when in the area!

While the property is out of place in a residential are, everything else was great. Convenient to everything in the area. They are working hard to update the property and lots of work on the buildings. Reasonable priced and we loved the updated kitchen to make breakfast

Wonderful place, front desk was very service oriented. They knew we were here for a wedding beginning at 4pm and made sure we were able to get into our rooms with ample time to get ready.

Hidden Gem
We have stayed here once before & loved it! Our rooms were a one bedroom, bath, living area with small kitchen & table area. It would be great for staying multiple days. This time we had a screened lanai overlooking the little lake which was beautiful listening to the birds & seeing the sun come up.The rooms have been nicely updated, very comfortable and the price was more reasonable than the name brand hotels. We will definitely come back to this hidden gem!

Nice, clean, efficient room. Lovely view of pond out back. Away from hustle and bustle. Only 12 min. drive to Goodland Boat Park. No elevator. Shower had very weak water pressure and NOwhere to put soap, shampoo, etc. A/C unit large, loud and right outside bedroom on balcony.
