합니다.
나폴리 중앙역에서 걸어가기엔 약간 멀지만, 카프리섬 등으로 들어가는 나폴리 항구랑은 진짜 가까움. 시설은 적극 추천. 조식도 다양하고 맛있음. 동양 관광객 많음.

It was very clean room and very kind and helpful reception. But it can be noisy from outside in the morning, the cars are going to work.

깔끔한 건물과 깨끗한 방이 좋았고 위치도 역들과도 음식점들과도 배타는곳과도 가까운편이라 괜찮았어요 나폴리에서 기대를 안했었는데 잘 쉬고왔어요

It was not bad, at least the reception was kind. However we had to change the room because of the electronic problem. And then the second room also had a problem with hot water so that we had to wait until midnight to take a shower..

Hallo, der Check In ging problemlos. Das war der zweite Aufenthalt innerhalb einer Woche. Diese Zimmer war auch wieder sauber und einfach eingerichtet. Aber der Zustand war schlechter (Steckdose hing aus der Wand) Neapel selbst ist aber eine dreckige und ungepflegte Stadt. Das lässt sich auch nicht mit Stadt im Süden oder mit Großstadt erklären. Andere Städte/Großstädte sind auch sauber. Das Frühstück war toll.

From the outside the property is impressive, but does sit in a very run down area with no good views in any direction. The docks are directly infront of the hotel but again these are the commercial goods docks not passenger terminals. Inside the hotel is fine but a little tired in places. The room was a little disappointing given it was a junior suite although not much bigger than a reasonably sized room in any other hotel. Balcony patio was sizable and would clearly be more useful in summer although noting my comment above, still no view to speak of. The bathroom was the biggest let down. Only a bath with a hair washing shower head so if like me you prefer a full shower then it's very inconvenient. There is absolutely no storage/shelving in the bathroom so each day you have to take your stuff in then pack away afterwards. There was also a persistent drain smell. It was however very clean. The staff were all very good and pleasant and the breakfast was great too. Overall it was a good stay.

Great hotel and brilliant location for the port and station. Very nice rooms buildings and facility’s. The area is not the best but for price and location it’s definitely the right choice for what we needed.

Hotel is very clean, safe, modern and conveniently located. Less than five minute walk to port, Domo metro station and well stocked reasonable market. Taxi from airport was only 20 euros if you negotiate well Breakfast was very good with assorted fruits, beverages, eggs, meats and at least TWELVE fabulous types of assorted pastries Room was spacious and house keeping was friendly, helpful and excellent Definitely would stay here again and would highly recommend

View of the port not attractive and main road in front very noisy. Trash everywhere except in front of hotel. Hotel is very nice, clean and staff friendly and accommodating. Free breakfast was very good.

An oasis in a rundown area
Walking distance from the port and the historical centre. Good price point in the bar and restaurant of the hotel as there isn't much around it.

Pretty good overall but seems more like a 3 stars hotel than 4 stars, there’s not even tea or coffee in the room. Breakfast was nice, location is convenient close to the airport bus, train and metro.

This hotel is a gem in the area around the port. It is absolutely beautiful - very clean and the staff is wonderful! The breakfast was amazing! Very comfortable rooms! It is about a 15 minute walk to the ferry to Capri. Very quiet and empty after 8:00 PM, when the majority of shops close down. A little worrisome; but, we had no issues walking at night. We’ll definitely stay again. Loved the staff!

Great hotel with good breakfast
Great hotel with a very good buffet style breakfast. About 10min walk away from Spaccanapoli. Comfy bed. Aircondition a little bit loud if full power. Good wifi!

Das Hotel an sich ist schön sieht für die Gegend sehr gepflegt aus auch im Hotel netter Empfang beim Checkin grosszügige Zimmer und Bad, gute Bett. Ziemlich ruhig ich habe gut geschlafen Früstück für da sehr ausreichend hatte alles was ich wollte, einzige Mängel ist Internet wahr zeitweise sehr langsam , auch die Gegend etwas zwiespältig und dreckig

Hôtel correct pour un 4 étoiles italien (= 3 en France). Chambre moderne, petite salle de bain. Quartier peu agréable sur la marina industrielle sans être mal famé pour autant. A 10 minutes à pied du métro Duomo et 15 minutes du centre historique ou de la gare centrale. Peu de restos à proximité.
