Rooms a bit small, but what a view
The rooms are a bit on the small side here, but if you pay extra for a room with a view of the cathedral, it may be worth it. That said, the rooms are a bit noisy as the pizza below is usually quite busy with many people enjoying themselves. Nice restaurant on site for dinner, but breakfast should be better for the price you pay (more choices would be nice).

Property was close to port and easy to find with the instructions given by hotel. Staff were very friendly. Room was clean and air con was amazing. Only down side is the walls are very thin so you hear your neighbours every move.

We were not informed that we had to pay an extra 20 EUR for a late check-in. Had we known this before booking, we would've chosen elsewhere, as we already knew we would be checking-in the evening.

Perfect location for Naples
Lovely room, good hot water and water preasure, comfortable bed and pillows, great location, nice view off balcony, Amazing staff (Marta was super friendly and helpful), Okay wifi.

Assolutamente consigliato! Posizione strategica, a due passi dal porto, dalla spaccanapoli e all'inizio di corso Umberto I, la splendida via dello shopping nel cuore pulsante del centro storico della città . La struttura si trova all'interno di uno splendido palazzo d'epoca, situata al secondo piano raggiungibile sia con ascensore sia con grandi scalinate di marmo. Camere pulite, letti confortevoli, aria condizionata perfettamente funzionante, bagno ed asciugamani super puliti! Nell'armadio cassaforte e mini frigorifero.. Insomma non manca assolutamente nulla! Bellissimi i piccoli balconi che si affacciano sulla bellissima piazza Bovio, ex piazza della borsa. La zona è super trafficata ma una volta chiuse le finestre non sentirete assolutamente nulla.. Persiane e doppi vetri vi faranno dormire sonni tranquilli nel cuore della splendida e frenetica città Partenopea! Uno splendido soggiorno nel cuore della magnifica Napoli ❤️Torneremo assolutamente!

No complaints.
Hotel is well located in a safe neighbourhood. Really great value for money and the staff are very attentive. View from the room was also great! Would stay here again.

Belle découverte
Parfait endroit pour découvrir Naples et ses alentours. Très bien situé avec métro à proximité. Centre ville à visiter à pied. Très bon accueil et personnel de qualité. Nous y reviendrons.

Highly recommend staying here
A clean well presented hotel, friendly staff and in a secure location. Right on the metros doorstep and good access to the rest of the city makes this good value for money. I highly recommend you consider staying here.

great place to stay, location is central.
Fabrizio and his staff made our stay comfortable, checked up on us. I double paid by accident and it was called to my attention and returned my pay. They clean the room everyday which is nice. And there is an entire brochure of what to do in Naples. But if you have a phone, that works too. Grazie Mille!

We wanted to stay somewhere in Naples that was convenient for walking to restaurants and stores. Piazza Bovio had good location. Check-in was quick and easy, the room was very clean with a big bathroom. The balcony was a good size with a great open view.

Hyggelig og sentralt hotell.
Trivelig lite hotell, veldig sentralt. Rene og pene rom, hyggelig betjening. I 35 graders varme, er det helt nydelig med air-condition som virker. Og den virket perfekt! Eneste minus med dette stedet, er at det er litt lytt mellom rommene. Nå gikk det bra for vår del, fordi vi hadde 3 av rommene til vår familie. Men om du har et litt støyende par i naborommet, vil jeg tro det ikke er så stas. Ikke mulighet med frokost her.

Great location & room - would stay here again.
This place was great! Very modern, high speed Internet, soundproof from street, great location, and plenty of room. Owner was great with communication (via text), and even set up a taxi for us. Rooms are not soundproof from each other so did hear other visitors in their room and there are still stairs (one flight) to the apartment from the elevator and one step within the apartment to the room.

Awesome location, walls a bit thin
The room was just what we needed, super well located, just big enough and with lots of shopping and eating options walking distance. The only little downside was that we could hear the guests in the next room, talking, laughing, showering and even flushing while we were trying to sleep.

Hotel très bien situé pour découvrir Naples
Hotel très propre , très bien situé , même s il est dans un environnement bruyant ...mais on est à Naples !On a pu visiter Naples à pied et rejoindre le port en quelques minutes pour visiter les iles dont Procida ! Fabrizio est aux petits soins et nous a même commande un taxi pour l aeroport , à notre retour . Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour découvrir Naples .

Nice stay
The hotel is clean and modern and the view over the Piazza really adds charm. Having breakfast in the cafe was also a nice way to start the day watching people and the traffic swirl around the Piazza. The metro is right there too so getting around is pretty easy. It's also close to the old historic district (dante area). Compared to our hotel in Rome the only things that could be improved is that we found the beds a bit hard and not having a scheduled front desk was a bit disappointing. Although we could contact Fabrizio by phone or email, I prefer someone on site to help with directions etc. Overall a nice stay!

Great stay!
The stay was comfortable and rooms were clean. It is also very close to metro station and the port. Well centrally located. Walkable to most of the popular pizzerias.The owner of the B&B was very helpful and provided lot of information.

Très bon séjour dans ce B&B je le recommande ! Il n'y a que 5 chambres ce n'est pas l'usine et nous avons tous une clé afin d'aller et venir comme bon nous semble. Le petit plus est la terrasse avec vue sur la place, un peu bruyante certe mais lorsque la fenêtre est fermée on entend plus un bruit. Mention spéciale à la literie vraiment tres confortable. Nous étions dans la chambre 0.

Ante todo quiero aclarar que no se trata de un hotel, como está publicado, sino de un Bed & Breakfast. Por lo tanto, no ofrece los mismos servicios, como por ejemplo el cambio diario de toallas y el desayuno es fuera del establecimiento, en frente, cruzando la calle. No lo sabíamosy cuando reclamamos al dueño; nos enteramos que no se manejaba como un hotel. De todos modos, el dueño es muy accesible y el cambio de toallas lo hizo diariamente, porque él mismo desconocía que se publicaba como hotel. Incluso me solicito que hiciera ésta observación al comentar mi estancia en el lugar, para que sea modificada la publicación en el sitio. Igualmente es muy recomendable, por su ubicación, sobre todo.

Nice but noisy
Very clean hotel and very close to University underground station and a short walk to the ferry port. Unfortunately, traffic noise was disturbing at night although reception did offer ear plugs.

Great location, spotless rooms.
Fabrizio was very helpful, he organised a taxi to the airport for us. The room was spotless and all looked brand new. The location is good too, only 10 mins walk into the heart of the historical centre. I'd definitely recommend this place. We only stayed here for one night but I wish it had been more.

Wonderful find
Lovely small B &B handy to the port and metro. Only a few rooms so reception not always manned, particularly if you arrive before 2pm checkin. Service was outstanding

Good location but noisy and parking a problem.
Next time I will try to find a place which will keep my car and doesn't afflict my ears with scooter racket all day and most of the night.
