I spent 3 nights with kids and wife. Have two rooms. One with carpet have to sever mold smell and cigaret smokes, was not cleaned before.
The air conditioning was a nightmare. The first hotel I saw in my life where AC control at reception and you cannot control it by yourself, you need to call reception every time you want to change it and most of the time there is no answer on the phone and you have to go yourself to reception.
One of the room air conditioners was not working on the first night and the staff said they could not do anything and wait till morning with a 30-degree temp in the room, I requested a fan to spend the night.
Expedia jumped in immediately and dealt excellently, offering me replacement and compensation after checking with staff. After talking to Expedia rep, I felt someone is looking after us. Thanks Expedia.
The next day they changed the room, and every time we went out, the AC turned off then to request at reception.
The staff was not cooperative, no sense of customer service.
Breakfast was average not many choices.
Not a good area to live in, dirty, rough surrounding.
Overall the stay was stressful and embarasing in front of my kids.
The only good thing was close to the train and metro station.
Not recommended in Summer.
