The guy who checked me into my room late Friday night was an actual sweetheart. My room keys didn't work and he was super helpful. The staff overall was super nice and friendly, so sweet. The room wasn't bad, for a budget hotel it was clean and comfortable. Only negative is the front desk staff during the day was ALWAYS on their phone and wouldn'teven hang up their phone to help guests. You could hear their whole conversations haha not a big deal juat funny. The guy doing the parking lot blowing and cleaning the breakfast space was such a nice guy! The cleaning staff so so sweet! Breakfast was always cold (but hey free is always good haha) but otherwise I enjoyed the stay!

Decent hotel that’s gone through some renovations although one more update is needed. They replaced the flooring and the beds are super good but the bathroom drywall needs to be replaced.

The room I rented had two double beds. They were crisp and clean, and so comfortable. I loved the high beds, but if you are a little person, it would help to bring a step stool. The continental breakfast had good hot foods, cereal, milk, oatmeal, a iron to make fresh waffles, amd a well rounded selection of fruit and muffins, and of course coffee. The Staff was very kind, polite, and eager to help. The room size was sufficient, and had a microwave and refrigerator. It was affordable, and I will be staying there again when I am in the area.

The hotel room smelled horrible of smoke. I did not want a smoking room and the sheets had stains on them. It was disgusting. The hotel clerk appeared to be sleeping when I checked at 12:30 am and I had to wait for him to put his shoes on to check me in. I was already tired! When I finally got to my room, the room key did not work so I had to carry everything down to the front desk with my daughter to again wait for the clerk to put his shoes on to walk back up to the second floor to use the master key to open the room. I never did get restful sleep because of the horrendous smell.

I stayed March 6 and had a good experience. Then i stayed March 11 and in the morning at 10:19 am (41 min before checkout) a man beat on the door and quickly opened it with a key card. I was laying in bed frozen with fear. He shut the door and took off. Turns out he actually was housekeeping - a young dude who looked like a burglar in a ski cap - and the mgr. was completely ho-hum about it. The whole thing was too creepy and because of that sullen manager's "who cares" attitude I'll never return.

This hotel is in a very nice part of Tennessee. The room is very comfortable and good for a night’s stay on the road between Nashville and Atlanta.

The beds were so high in our "handicap" room, we couldn't get into them. When we asked the staff person about a real handicp room, he said sorry all beds are standard at that height. We are 83 & 65 year old women. I'm 5' 2". The distance from the floor to the top of the bed was approx at least a yard high!!

The rooms were dated and when we went down for breakfast there were several people who seemed to ne homeless sitting in the breakfast area. The setup for the breakfast area didn’t seem very well thought out. Probably wouldn’t go back again.
