Location was okay I guess. It was at a decent distance from downtown but the hotel is not that good. Dirty, extremely noisy. The lady at desk might have been having a bad day because she was kind of rude to us and some other guests who were in front of us. I would not stay here again.

Not a good choice when I booked this cheap room.
Very dirty. Floors didn’t look like they were cleaned in a long time - towel was black when used to stand on it after showering. Also looks like they never cleaned behind the bathroom door or behind the toilet. Sheets had stains Mini refrigerator didnt work. Staff was very friendly and very nice.

When I arrived at the property to check in I was greeted by a bag of unidentified material at the visitor check in counter. The bag was located at the center where a customer would normally check in. The bag appeared to be a trash bag. The contents of the bag weren’t visible so I avoided moving the bag. After checking in I was going to grab a bite to eat at the restaurant next door only to find the front desk service associate asleep at the desk. The breakfast included consisted of nature valley granola bars,one flavor: honey oat, coffee and juice. On the third day of my stay I went out to adventure and came upon a construction crew at the property setting up staging/ scaffolding with no PPE, no signs anywhere. They were operating noisy power tools in total disregard of their surrounding area. But wait there’s more. On August 20, 2023 I was leaving my room in the a.m. only to find a man loitering next to the garbage disposal container. He was idle with a broom and dust pan in hand just gazing in my direction. I’m glad to possess the ability to defend myself, otherwise I would be in fear of leaving my room. Up the street past the business, I forgot the name: something to do with escaping room; anyways the fence protecting the land from a freeway invasion appeared assaulted by power tools and trampled. Overall this isn’t the worst or best experience Encountered in my travel/ vacation.I have been to third world countries with similar circumstances.

One night stay on a personal business trip. Hotel is located directly adjacent to the interstate, and it was very noisy on the third floor so we moved to the first floor which seemed a little more quiet because of a retaining wall between hotel and the highway.

I assure you that we have strict guidelines we follow, and cleanliness issues are very important to us and are being addressed immediately with our staff. We are always looking for ways to improve upon the guest experience even with limited staffing. It was a great stay. Everything I needed was convenient to my destination which was Creave Hall Church of Christ. I could come and go as I needed that week!

decent location but hotel needed a good clean
smelled of smoke. although the nice front desk lady offered new room but smaller beds so i stayed in my initial room. left door open for a bit to air it out as best as I could. The TV didnt work. The floor needed mopping.
