Awe, you didn't mention the part where we got you a new room and I refunded your stay. I do hate that this happened to you. We have just one housekeeper so please forgive the speed at which we cleaned but I do not know what happened with the mix up of rooms. That should have never happened. Matthew, we sincerely apologize for the experience you had while staying with us. Unfortunately, our hotel was one of several across the Nashville Metro area that was targeted in a string of car break-ins over the holiday. Our staff takes preventative measures to ensure the safety of our Guest including walking the exterior perimeters of the hotel multiple times throughout every shift. We will also have a member of Management follow up on the additional charges you mentioned and reach out to you with a resolution. Again, we are truly sorry for what happened.

Thank you for this review. I would say its quite balanced. I will certainly look into the maintenance issues you mentioned. We of course are a hotel. Just an extended stay brand for long term guest.
