When booking the room, the pictures make it look great. The pull-out sofa had a big nasty stain on it. Called the front desk, and due to all the rooms being booked, they gave us a mattress topper to place on top of it. We decided not to stay the extra night we booked. & inquired about being refunded for the night we were not staying for. Contacted Hotels.com & went over our experience & Econo lodge informed Hotels.com that they replaced the mattress, which they did not. Was not given a refund, but instead given a $25 credit for a room that we paid $178 a night for, Thanks Hotels.com for barely compensating what we spent on a dilapidated hotel.
