We would like to thank you for taking the time to post this review, to begin with we would like to clarify that your reservation was for a Superior double room with sea OR pool view and as stated the view is from the balcony of the room. The front desk staff were rather surprised from your call more than being nonchalant as your balcony had Sea view so they could not understand what the problem was or how to respond in this situation. As they informed us after checking as soon as you reported it, there were no children making any noises near your room or any other areas of the hotel. They called you back for more information about the disturbance you had mentioned on your call though you replied that it was already over and that you would call back if it occurred again. You never did not so it should be safe to assume it did not happen again, if it ever happened in the first place as there were no other reports from the hotel's guests regarding any kind of noise. We believe that the reason you are exaggerating is because you were unable to make an argument regarding the room as it was exactly what you had booked, so the main purpose of this review is to harm the image of the hotel.We value all our guests and take all feedback we get into consideration, we would therefore like to thank you for choosing our hotel for your holidays and we are sorry that despite our efforts you did not enjoy your stay as much as the rest of our guests.Our best regards, Lambros Chamilothoris Hotel Manager

Dear Mr. & Mrs. Husein, we would like to thank you for taking the time to post this review, firstly we would like to thank you for objectively mentioning the condition of our hotel's facilities and the convenience it offers regarding the accessibility to the restaurants of the town and the town itself, we work hard to keep the place spotless and the facilities in perfect condition by renovating yearly so that we can offer the best experience possible.Reading your comments for the lady in the reception, they are contrary to the comments of other guests who stayed in our hotel which can easily be seen by reading the comments posted on this platform. Regarding the cleanliness of the room, you never reported any issues to us and kindly we would like to inform you that you were the only guest to report something like that, which is also in opposition to your comment of how clean you found the premises of the hotel.Regarding the bar of soap, we do not provide bars of soap as we have liquid hand soap and we also offer shower and bath shampoo (liquid in individual bottles) as you also stated leaving no need for the bars of soap.In terms of the seating and presentation in the breakfast, the tables and chairs are not fixed and if needed the arrangement can change to meet the needs of the people seated, though at this period we do not accommodate families but mostly couples (schools are still open) we have arranged our tables and chairs to meet these specific needs.We would again like to thank you for your post and your time, though we believe the main reason behind your negative statements was that at check-in you asked for an upgrade of the room type with a more expensive one, though when the lady in the reception informed you that this can be arranged with an extra cost you reacted badly and it was you the one who was aggressive towards her, not the opposite as you mentioned, which was also noticed from other guests being at the reception area at that moment.With my sincere sympathy to you,The Hotel Manager

We would like to thank you for taking the time to post this review, we would like to state from our side that there is a vast alteration of reality as to what really happened as some of the events mentioned are shaped, misspoken or completely changed to the extent that they do not resemble at any point what actually happened.We do not have the intent to lie, hence we would like to confirm that there was a problem with the AC the 1st day of your stay, the reason was the bad weather which caused damage on the electric grid of the area and as a result of the ups and downs of the voltage one of the main switches on our AC units was damaged, the same day a technician was called and by late afternoon there was AC available in every single room of the hotel. Our rooms sizes are exactly as described on the different websites our hotel is listed on, we have at no point tried to confuse or mislead our guests as to what the actual size of the room or any other characteristic of the hotel is as the exact size in Sq. feet and meters is available under every single room type. Regarding the front desk staff entering your room at night, your room was adjacent with 5 other rooms with some of them complaining there was a loud noise coming from your room which they told us was also present the previous night. We called you 3 times on your room though we received no answer. Then the front desk man came to knock on your door to speak to you directly and he knocked 4 times on your door with the 4th time being considerably stronger than how strong you have to knock on a door under normal circumstances to get a response, at this point he thought no one was inside and that you had left some kind of machine running. Having no other option he had to enter your room to turn it off himself though as you had the door blocked by several objects he had to open the lights, firstly for not hurting himself falling down and secondly not to step on and cause any damage to any of your items. Once he entered he told you that you are making too much noise and disturbing other guests, we would like to mention that both of you were wearing clothes so we assume you say otherwise just to make things sound more dramatic. As you mentioned to him yourself you were watching a movie with your wife having headphones on your ears and with that machine also running we do not believe it was possible to hear anything. We can tell the reason behind this review is that you could not do as you please as minutes later you yelled at him at the reception for entering your room and some of your words where: "I do not care if i disturb other people that's your problem, as long as i pay for the room i can do whatever i want and even if i set it on fire you have no authority to enter my room, i am the owner for the time i stay on it". Dear Mr. Dildar,Regarding to your review we would like to mention that you have never said at your review that you are a family of 4 and you have booked a double room. As you remember we changed you to a triple room since our hotel was fully booked and was the only vacancy and you thought that your family of 4 can sleep in a double room! We have family rooms but you did not book it. The difference in the price between the double and the triple was not extra sales as you mention it was the best offer we could do to you. Of course we offered to help you for the time we did not have available a family room as your booking should be , to find another accommodation for the 4 of you but you refused.We are really sorry to read this misleading review.
