Reading your comments about the location I would like to inform you that in our description is clear that our apartments are not in the city and 16km from Hora which makes me wonder why you didn't see it and you booked here in the first place. Our Dolphin Kastraki Studios are the ideal choice for people who are looking for relaxing holidays and from other guest reviews this is something which is obvious. Moreover as I told you in person when you informed me about the matress, there where available options (when you made the reservation) with rooms with different bedding system but again I cannot understand why you didn't choose them. I suppose because the price was different. Regarding the taxi option and in order to avoid any misunderstanding with other guests, I would like to state that there is also the local bus option and the ticket is around 2,5-3€. This option was also available for you as I told before. Finally I am really surprised reading for our "average" breakfast because as I remember at your check out you told me something completely different. To sum up we are really sad for not meeting your standards and we will keep improving our services for the majority of our guests who want to visit our apartments.
