Simple, clean and comfortable accommodation. A fantastic location at a clean, sheltered beach, just a short walk into town for restaurants and shops. Delicious breakfast included. Beach lounge chairs available to rent, with drinks service. A beautiful sunset view. Most of all a friendly helpful staff made our stay great.

Wonderful Naxos beachfront location. Just close enough to town to walk easily but with quiet beachfront location. Breakfast was limited to a few choices, but the portions were ample and interesting. Off season in October, our stay was very quiet. The 3 main staff members worked non-stop all day. The restaurant and bar are beautiful and classy. We had a basement room, but it was comfortable, not fancy. Friendly kitty came to visit each day outside our door. Transportation option offered to and from airport or ferry would be my only suggestion. Airport isn't walkable and the small island doesn't have obvious taxi options.

We loved the personal care that Yannis provided. Having generous, healthy and delicious breakfast delivered to our room was a great treat. Across the beach, walk to the center, 10min drive to the ferry makes it a great place to stay in Naxos. Highly recommend this location and would go back again

This is such a lovely property, and literally right across the street from the beach. The views are so pretty, especially nice if you get a balcony with sea view. The restaurant is outdoors but covered, and you can choose to eat in the more sheltered structure or right on the beach. Food is excellent, staff is warm and friendly. Easy and beautiful 10-minute walk into town, with lots to see/do along the way. Wonderful!

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say, it was a disappointing experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the manager’s rude and unprofessional demeanor set the tone for our stay. He was not accommodating and seemed more interested in cutting costs than ensuring a pleasant guest experience. The hotel itself fell far short of its supposed 3.5-star status. The rooms were dated, the amenities were lacking, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. It felt more like a 2-star property with an inflated rating. To make matters worse, the restaurant staff displayed the same level of rudeness and inattentiveness as the manager. It was as if courtesy and hospitality were foreign concepts to them. Dining there was an unpleasant experience, to say the least. Perhaps the low point of our stay was when we encountered a foul stench in our room one night due to a sewer leak. The hotel’s handling of the situation was lackluster, to say the least. It took far too long for them to address the issue, and it left an unforgettable mark on our stay. In summary, this hotel was a major letdown, and I would strongly advise against staying here. The combination of rude and stingy management, lackluster service, and the sewer issue made for a truly disappointing experience that does not align with the expectations of a decent property.

Dear Poojan Jhaveri,Thank you for taking the time to review our property.We would like though to express our opinion about for your complaints. You have booked 3 rooms which were all different room-types, an economy, a standard and a superior. At your arrival you asked to upgrade all rooms to superior ones (without extra cost) and we kindly explained you that we were fully booked and that it was not possible.Regarding dining, you never dined at our restaurant, you only had breakfast and you asked us our service staff to cut your food for you at the table, which we normally don't do, although seeing that you insisted, we made an exception and did it for you.You are also mentioning a bad smell in the room. We explained that there was nothing wrong in the room and that the smell came from a broken pipe on the street, which is not our fault, but we immediately contacted the municipal authorities to fix it.Then you asked for a late check-out and after we explained that there was an extra cost, you got mad at the staff and started being rude.Now you are giving us negative reviews on every platform as revenge, without any real reason.We respect your opinion but totally disagree with it, as do also most of our guests who reviewed our property.

An absolutely amazing property, so clean and comfortable. We loved that the beach was right across the street - and it was a great beach that you could walk out so far before it got deep. The staff was very friendly :)

A great stay right on the beachfront! Was so amazing to be able to walk downstairs and walk straight onto the beach! The restaurant for breakfast enjoys stunning beach views and has the added perk of including an ala carte option for breakfast each morning. Just a small walk to town! We got the penthouse and it was probably a bit smaller than we expected but we were too busy exploring the town and relaxing on the beach to worry too much about the size of the room anyway!

Beach shack feel

Hotel is about > 1.5 kms from the port, we stayed for 3 nights - it’s walkable. Check in is swift, Receptionist Was friendly and helped with luggage. There’s no lift, so some stairs to climb. The unit has basics for cooking, electric stove, no microwave. We didn’t cook. Free bottled water on arrival only. No teas/coffee in room which is odd for a hotel. Furniture & decor were very budget. The safe was tiny n old. Towels n bed linen were a little worn. Unit had dangerous pipes sticking up n out from the floor. Shower stall has no door or screen, hence the outside - whole flour gets flooded, be careful of slip hazard. Water pressure was good. Wifi was good, watched Netflix on own devices, not on the TV. Breakfast was decent, in the restaurant that’s had been modernised, kept well & modernised on beachfront. We went in the shoulder months and it was pricey for a unit with partial views to sea but mostly looking out to car park.

Thank you for your review and your positive comments about our staff and breakfast. There is no description mentioning a lift at our property and besides that, the room had only 7 steps to climb, plus our staff carried all your luggage. Bottled water is complimentary at check-in - tap water is not drinkable on the island, we also buy our water everyday. Tea and filter coffee was unlimited in your included breakfast, which lasts until 12! Bathroom is newly renovated with a modern design. After all these negative comments, describing our place as pricey, probably means that our establishment was not the right choice for your taste and budget.

The staff was fantastic! The breakfast was lovely in a beautiful setting. The beach was beautiful. Our room was convenient with 3 twin beds in a separate bedroom. The bathroom door needs a handle and lubricant to slide easier.

The pros: Room-the room we had was a one bedroom unit with a 2nd room being a kitchenette with a table and chairs and bedroom (2 twin beds and a trundle ) in one. It was clean, and swept daily and towels changed daily if needed. Beach towels were at reception on day one and changed in room after that. There we're disposable slippers available to wear in the room which I loved as the kids would track in beach sand. Wi-Fi-super strong everywhere, including the beach! Breakfast- was a la carte and available at their restaurant which overlooked the beach. I personally recommend the elliniko breakfast. It was a full breakfast which also included dessert, a beverage and a piece of fruit. Very attentive staff. TheCons Twin beds-They most definitely could have used a mattress pad as you could literally feel and see the mattress coils beneath the thin sheet. Bathroom- although lovely in pictures, it's small shower stall with no curtain would leave the floor soaked. Other The sunbeads on the beach were 6 euro for hotel guests with 2 beds an umbrella, a chair and table. Amazing location-this hotel was easy to walk to from the port, and throughout old Naxos. It had 2 supermarkets, a laundromat, restaurants, cafes and clothing stores nearby. This location can not be beat! land. Be aware that there are few gas stations on the g in Naxos town . From the fabulous complimentary breakfast overlooking the beach, the short walk to nearby sites and shopping, restaurants and the friendly staff, i would highly recommend the Ippokompos beachfront hotel. We had a wonderful stay.

My daughter and I stayed on the top floor with the balcony. We had a clear view of the sunset every night. The staff was amazing. Many safety precautions. The very helpful young made that checked us in and carried our bags up, sterilized the key before handing it to us. The food was great. Wonderful experience. Loved Naxos. If I ever go again I would stay there.

Hôtel très bien situé et idées d’activités

Hôtel très bien situé directement sur une très belle plage. Chambre réservée était le penthouse. 2 chambres séparées une avec lit double la secondes avec 2 vrais lits simples très confortables. Déjeuner à la carte inclus; correct mais les œufs flottent dans l’huile. Tout près des restaurants et du port pas besoin de véhicule. Location de scooter ou de side by side à proximité. Il faut louer un side by side et faire le tour de l’île. Les montagnes sont impressionnantes. Aller dîner à la Rotonda. Une vue extraordinaire tout en haut des montagnes et prix raisonnables. Aller souper si Flamingo dans le port. Musiciens et beaucoup d’atmosphère. Les gens achètent des assiettes et le cassent parterre. Tradition grec.

The property is within walking distance of the port (about a mile). It is right on the beach. The restaurant is very good.

Property is located at the front of a very calm, clean, safe, fine sand beach with turquoise waters, also they offer umbrellas and food/ drink service, this is absolutely a plus. Breakfast was superb, our room was neat, well decorated with all that we need. This hotel has everything that you need to relax and just enjoy your time without worries. We like to specially thanks to Ioannis, the manager, and Alex, because they are super friendly, professionals and they were in every detail to make our stay in their hotel an unforgettable stay. We are planning to come back! El hotel se encuentra enfrente de una calma, segura, limpia, segura playa de arena fina y aguas turquesas. La propiedad ofrece sombrillas y servicio de bebidas y comidas en la playa, esto es un gran plus. El desayuno a la carta es excepcional, nuestra habitación estuvo impecable, bien decorada y con todo lo necesario. Este hotel tiene todo lo que necesitamos para estar relajados disfrutando nuestro tiempo libre sin preocupaciones. Great place to stay at Naxos.

Good service, located at the beach and close to Naxos town. Good breakfast and nice personnel. Clean and nice rooms.
