Thank you for your kind comments regarding the services provided at the resort. We express our apologies for any misunderstanding as it relates to the taxi service. The cost for taxi to the beach outside of our scheduled free shuttle service is $10 per person, which you were charged. Our Service Providers are certified with our local tourist board and are usually reliable and trustworthy. I indeed spoke with the driver immediately and made attempt to meet with you to clarify situation, however we missed you and you departed early the next day. I do regret we were not able to meet to resolve situation.

As mentioned to you in previous conversations prior your arrival, we are a Bed and Breakfast resort. All meals are served to order, therefore there is a wait time for meals to be prepared and served. Room service is available at an additional cost. As in most restaurants, we also have specific dining hours which gives each guest an opportunity to dine comfortably. We do not provide our advertise snacks. The beach shuttle runs on a scheduled time to facilitate all guests. We are happy that you did find the honeymoon suite pretty and the tub nice. We hoped you had expressed your concerns to us while here giving us an opportunity to resolve the issues you raised. However, we value your feedback and are always looking for ways to improve our service and can assure you that this is not the norm.
